How much is shipping?
Shipping is free within the United States.
When will my package be shipped?
A package is usually shipped the same day as payment is completed by credit card or by Bank Wire Transfer. However, if payment is made with a Cashier's Check the merchandise will be held until the check clears - usually a minimum of 2 days, at times up to 7 days.
What day can I expect delivery?
All shipping is done Monday-Thursday for next day delivery (Tuesday-Friday pickup). In special circumstances Saturday delivery may be pre-arranged, but there is an extra charge the customer will be responsible for. For your protection we prefer delivery on days when our business office can be reached by phone.
In case of extremely severe weather, or other emergency circumstances, we reserve the right to hold packages until we feel they may be safely shipped.
How are international purchases handled?
All purchases made from outside the USA must be paid by bank wire, not credit card. There is an extra charge for FEDEX international shipping/insurance. Contact us for details. We ship FEDEX priority international and the package and is usually in your hands within 3 days. You will be contacted by FEDEX when the package is released for delivery. Contact us for rates outside the continental USA. - Note that additional excise and/or import taxes, unrelated to Whiteflash, may apply. You will need to contact the relevant authorities or Federal Express in your country to ascertain these costs.
