This can be emailed as a graphics file, or faxed to 832-252-6771. If faxed, please make it a large drawing with legible details and include customer name at top of page. When these things are understood we will e-mail an order confirmation with exact price. The customer will need to approve the order confirmation before we proceed with any work. A wax model of the piece will be made and several pictures of the model will be e-mailed to the customer for approval. The cost of the wax model is included in the price of the piece. If all work ends at this point there will be a processing charge of $250. Minor changes can be made to the wax but the customer needs to know that the fine details of the design will need to be made in the metal, not the wax. All engraving work is done on the finished ring. Once the wax has been approved we cast and finish the piece and e-mail pictures of the finished product. When the final piece is approved, final payment is collected and the item is sent by FedEx for next day delivery. There are no refunds on custom work
