Return Policy
If for any reason within the 10-day trial period you don’t fall in love with the diamond or it doesn’t fall in love with you, just notify us according to the trial and return schedule. We will promptly give you a 100% refund for your diamond and up to a 100% for the ring, less original shipping — no questions asked. Whiteflash will guide you with your return so you’ll receive a complete refund within 7 working days after we receive the goods in their original condition. Once we receive your request for return, we’ll e-mail you all the necessary return instructions. 1. You have a 10-day inspection period. Your inspection period begins on the day the shipment arrives at your Fedex station. 2. At any time during the 10-day inspection period, you can return your purchase to Whiteflash for a full refund less original shipping/insurance. 3. Custom settings are non-refundable. 4. The inspection period for Whiteflash ACA stones and selected Expert Selection stones is 30 days. If you purchase a stock setting at the same time you purchase your diamond and it is set at time of shipment, the inspection period will extend to the setting as well. 5. The inspection period for all other jewelry items including diamond settings, finished diamond jewelry, and brokered diamonds sourced from outside inventory is 10 days. 6. At any time during the 30-day inspection period for Whiteflash ACA diamonds and selected Expert Selections, you can return your purchase to Whiteflash for a full refund less original shipping/insurance. 7. Call Whiteflash at 1-877-612-6770 for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and Return Shipping details. 8. Send us your undamaged purchase not later than the 11th day after receipt. 9. If your purchase is in its original condition, we will mail you a company check or refund your credit card for the sum of the refund. 10. If your purchase is found to be damaged, you will receive a certified copy of the independent laboratory certification document as an attachment to any damage claim made by Whiteflash.com, Inc. · We offer 100% money back guarantee on all diamonds and standard settings and 80% on all designer and semi-custom rings returned in its original condition with RAN less original shipping. · All custom work and special orders cannot be returned for a refund unless there is an error by Whiteflash . All shipping charges are refunded when there is an error by Whiteflash. · No jewelry can be accepted for refund if Whiteflash security tag has been removed or if there is any evidence of damage. · If the original diamond grading report is mislaid or lost, there will be $200 replacement fee deducted from the refund.
1. As soon as we receive an e-mail or phone return request, we will give you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN). 2. Pack your purchase with all the original materials into a shipping box. Review that it is all there. 3. Clearly mark on the box our address and the RAN. 4.
