Exceeded my expectations: I was a bit skeptical about buying an engagement ring online without seeing it in person but after researching many other customer reviews, I learned what to look for in the purchase and was pretty confident in the product I would receive from Whiteflash. Everything about the experience went very smoothly. Their website selection tool and supplemental details are excellent, their inventory seemed great for what I was looking for, the customer service was top-notch, the wire transfer processed smoothly, and the delivery was prompt and secure. I was surprised to get a phone call from one of their Diamond Specialists after placing the order, but the phone call was very reassuring to discuss the order and cover any remaining questions I might have. Once I received the ring, I was amazed at the quality. I purchased one of the A Cut Above diamonds and its sparkle and brilliance are better than I remember seeing at some local stores for a similar price. All in all, it was a great experience and I would recommend you consider them for your next jewelry purchase.
