I'll tell you, this whole process has been a lot of work - picking the perfect stone, then the setting, then planning the proposal, a trip to NYC, the shipping, the insurance, etc. I know I have been picky at times (I like to call it thorough - HA!), but everyone I have dealt with at Whiteflash has been so amazing!! I'm not sure who owns and runs Whiteflash, but he or she should be commended. They have hired the best and it shows in every way. Everyone has been so accomodating, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Being a business owner, I deal with companies all day long. And, unfortunately, these days so many companies overpromise and underdeliver. It is refreshing, and quite unique, to deal with a company that sells a great product, at a reasonable price, with superb customer service. Buying a diamond ring is a huge investment. At first, the perceived risk of buying one through the internet was just too high. I have been pleasantly surprised!! I will certainly be referring my friends over the coming years. Please let Katie and everyone else know how much I appreciate everything! It has been a great experience!

Hi Jamie, Thanks so much for your all your help the last few weeks. I LOVE my earrings! They came out perfectly, and I am so happy with them. It was very nice seeing the picture before they were shipped, but when I received them, they were so much more amazing in person! I didn't expect how nice they would be; I am so pleased. Sheerah, Well, it happened!!! Plans did not go exactly how planned, but what ever does?! She was completely suprised which was the most important thing to me and she absolutely loved the ring! There were tears from everyone. She has had the most wonderful compliments on the ring. You guys have been awesome! We will definitely be back to purchase in the future.

Dear Vera, I picked up my ring at FedEx today and opened the box right then and there!! It's gorgeous!! I love love love loveloveLOVE it. I'm so glad I went with the bigger width because if it were any narrower, it would have been dwarfed by the thick band on my engagement ring. I'm so happy. Zak returns from Arizona this Sunday, and I know he will love it too. I can't wait to work on another project with Whiteflash!

Hi Lesley! Whiteflash does amazing work. But even MORE amazing are the staff at WF. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, informed, positive, supportive and happy to help. Even the guy who shipped the ring out took the time to e-mail me with his name, e-mail and direct telephone #. I can only imagine how much customer angst this type of service eliminates! Please pass on my thanks and appreciation for the customer service. There are a lot of people out there making rings. But not a lot who can make it a fun process! Thank you and your staff for that.
