The earrings are absolutely beautiful. Most importantly, my wife agrees. She loves them. Thank you so much for all the communication (shipping estimates, photos of the earrings, etc.), it was all greatly appreciated. I've been really impressed with WhiteFlash through the whole process.

The diamond and ring I purchased from Whiteflash could not have turned out any better. Whiteflash has made purchasing my diamond incredibly easy. The Staff are very easy to work with, and helpful for any questions you have. You also get a very good price on the diamond (for me it was over two thousand less than local, plus no tax). I didn't have to barter for the price either which makes the process even more stress free. That being said, I purchased a cushion cut from their 'virtual selection' and they still imaged it and sent me pictures before mailing the diamond so I could inspect it myself before committing. Shipping was very fast, and the shipping department was also very helpful. The Ritani setting was also well priced and looked amazing in person. We could not be happier with how our Whiteflash experience went. Just be cognizant of her ring size - my fiancée is having trouble parting with it for a resize because it is so beautiful :) Thanks again to all the staff at Whiteflash. Truly a great diamond buying experience.

My girlfriend has been hinting over the last year or so that she wanted to go ring shopping. I wasn't against this, but I always found an excuse not to go with her. It wasn't that I didn't want to get her a ring, it was just something I didn't know much about and figured I could just go to a jewelry store someday and pick one out. I figured the people that worked there would guide me in the right direction... well let me tell you this, I am so glad I made myself research diamonds, the 4 C's, jewelry, metal types, styles, prices, etc. I remember the very first jewelry store I went to, it was a chain store and not knowing anything about jewelry everything they told me sounded great. I am glad they wouldn't haggle with me on price that day because I was ready to buy for a certain price. After this, I went home and got to work researching the heck out of things. This is how I came across Whiteflash. I was very hesitant at first about even considering buying something so expensive online. I contacted WF and got a very quick response. I quickly learned how helpful and knowledgeable the employees were. They answered a ton of questions back and forth through email and phone before they even really knew I was looking to buy right away. Not once did they come across to me that I was bothering them or annoying them. They looked into a ton of diamonds and settings for me and told me their thoughts on if they were something worth pursuing or not. Once I decided what I wanted and after a lot of questions and research I made a deal with WF on a great in house expert selection diamond (VS1, round, Ideal cut, and Elena e-ring/w-ring). I did go to a couple more local jewelers before the purchase just to make sure, and I couldn't even come close to getting the same quality of diamond or even an e-ring for anywhere close to the same money. I was also able to know and understand much more what they were talking about and pick up on their sales pitches trying to get me to spend just as much or more money on a lot lesser quality settings and diamonds compared to what WF has to offer. WF finished the ring and had it shipped in the exact time frame they said they would when I bought it. It was pretty much all hassle free. The only thing (which is on me not WF) was doing a wire transfer which I had never done. It actually is a pretty simple process. My bank even sent about $60 extra to WF (bad communication between me and bank employee) and I emailed WF right away and they sent me a check refunding the overpaid amount no questions asked. I am the kind of guy that is always trying to get the ""best bang for your buck"" on everything, and by buying from WF I feel that I did. I want to mention again how great the employees are at WF. Overall I had a great experience with WF and would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to anyone.

I just wanted to send my thanks to Whiteflash. First of all, this testimonial is way overdue?ˆ”but maybe my sending it over a year after receiving my diamond will say a lot for how much I really appreciate the way Whiteflash does business. I purchased a loose diamond from the ?ˆ?A Cut Above?ˆ? line to be mounted in a simple solitiare setting for my engagement to Heather. I was blown away by this diamond and the price I was able to get it for. It appraised at close to $700 more than what I paid for the stone! The AGS certification shows it to be one pinpoint away from a flawless stone, and the local jeweler who set it was even unable to find it under the scope. Total vindication for all the naysayers (AKA local retailers) who will try to scare you away from buying a diamond online. That being said, I searched every brick and mortar shop in the area including Iowa City and Des Moines in comparison before buying. Prices aside (they don?ˆ™t even come close), most of them don?ˆ™t even carry this quality of stone?ˆ”and I was never shown a single certification when I asked for them. They also looked at me like I was from another planet when I asked to see their diamonds under the Idealscope. I simply would not buy a diamond without this excellent tool. Today, you couldn?ˆ™t get me to put a diamond from anywhere BUT Whiteflash on my future wife?ˆ™s finger. Customer service? It was just as close to flawless as the diamond itself. I was scared to death of buying this stone online. I had researched and learned alot before contacting WF but still learned even more from speaking with my consultant. Over a year later, she still checks in from time to time to see how Heather and I are doing! That kind of customer service and consideration is truly unmatched in my experience. Today I am anxiously awaiting my wedding ring, ordered from Whiteflash, any minute now. Thank you all so much for making a once in a lifetime event nothing short of perfect for us both. Heather and I were engaged on the top of Pikes Peak, elevation 14,115 ft. I have been on top of the world ever since. We will be married July 19th this year.

Believe it or not, the day after Valentine’s Day is often the day when Google searches for terms like “engagement rings” and “how to propose” skyrocket. After all, there is nothing like a day of full-time, no-holds-barred romance to make a couple realize that it is time for them to take the next step in their relationship. And maybe it is just leftover happiness hormones from the day before, but February 15th seems like a perfect time to renew your commitment to romance and love, not just on Valentine’s Day, but every day of the year. Of course, it being the coldest point in the winter right now, you probably don’t want to spend your entire weekend trudging around your local town to find that perfect engagement ring, so we’ve done some of the work for you, rounding up the best Iowa jewelry stores in each major city. You can thank us after you pop the question and see the excited look on her face as you slip that gorgeous diamond ring onto her finger.
Des Moines – If you live in or near Des Moines, the choice of an Iowa jeweler is clear—you gotta go to Joseph’s Jewelers. Voted best jewelry store in Des Moines for several years running, Joseph’s has acquired a peerless reputation for their . One of the oldest family owned jewelry stores in the Midwest, Josephs has been operating since 1871, when its main business came from calibrating watches for men working on the railroad. Since then it has grown into a Des Moines mainstay, with three locations currently open, including one in a local mall. Josephs’ owners, brothers and fourth-generation Iowa jewelers, pride themselves on their company’s dedication to providing only the highest quality diamonds and gemstones set into the most beautiful and well-crafted jewelry settings around.
Cedar Rapids – The city may have been portrayed as a backwater in a 2011 comedy, but in real life, Cedar Rapids is a thriving city with a bustling arts and culture scene. And the “City of Five Seasons” is always prepared for the season of romance, with a plethora of stores carrying jewelry created by local Iowa jewelers. But the best of these Iowa jewelry stores is Siebke Hoyt Jewelers, which bills itself as the place “where Cedar Rapids gets engaged.” What makes Siebke Hoyt so special? First look at the list of brands carried in the fashion and fine jewelry departments: Crown Rings, Pandora, Gabrial, and Hearts on Fire, to name a few. Then there is the customer service—the honesty, helpfulness, integrity, and friendliness exhibited by Siebke Hoyt’s dedicated staff has made it a favorite destination of Iowa engagement ring shoppers from far beyond the city limits of Cedar Rapids.
Davenport – Halfway between Chicago and Des Moines, Davenport is a small city on the banks of the Mississippi River that many people might drive by on the Interstate without a second glance. But for the local citizens, their city is a hidden gem—having been rated both the most affordable metropolitan area in the U.S. and the winner of the City Livability Award. And the shopping isn’t bad either—locally owned businesses strive to provide top-notch service and goods at reasonable prices. One great example of the Davenport ethos is Doland Jewelers, a locally owned Iowa jewelry store that is as much a part of the social and cultural fabric of Davenport as they are the area’s leading supplier of quality fine jewelry. With a wide selection of engagement rings, wedding bands, necklaces, and other fine jewelry pieces, as well as a full-service custom jewelry design and repair team, Doland is a diamond of a store in a hidden gem of a city.
