Hi James, I've been meaning to get around to this email but the end of the semester wore me out!! I want to thank you all for your hard work and doing such a wonderful job with my ring! I absolutely love it love it love it!! It's stunning!! Pictures simply do not do it justice. Mike gave it to me a little over a week ago and I love it more now than when I first saw it! Who knew it was possible!! Everyone who sees it drools over it and the sparkle factor is insane! (I think I'm making people jealous. You guys have put me in a bad spot!!) James, you were totally right about the J-color, it's super white. I can only see the warmth in certain lights and I actually enjoy it. But you were wrong about one thing: I can totally see the arrows with the naked eye even though it's only a .90!!!! It's so cool!!

Hi Katie, The diamond is fantastic! I picked it up on Tuesday and immediately took it along with the setting to the jeweler to be put together. I actually ended up taking it to one of the nicer of the chain stores to have the work done (Jared, I believe they have stores in the Houston area as well). They have salesperson inspect everything that comes in for work, the guy I drew was very impressed. At one point, he offered a guess as to what I paid for it; he was considerably high. My favorite part of that experience was when we wasn't willing to put my diamond next to a 1/2ct princess from their ideal ideal collection. I've attached a picture of the assembled ring. I was surprised how difficult it is to get even a pretty good digital camera to focus on a diamond. Most importantly, my fiancee LOVES it! Apparently, everything in life is more fun and looks different when doing it with a diamond on your hand. If only I could convince her that driving is not the time to be enjoying the view of her left hand.... Thank you again for all of your help. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Whiteflash. Upon viewing, my mother has already enlisted my help for her upcoming diamond shopping (replacing a stone that had been my grandmothers, which is currently set as part of her wedding ring). Being both an online retailer and (I assume) a brick and mortar store, I assume that you get paid somehow from the sales you consult on. As such, I will be sure to contact you before my next purchase, as you have been exceedingly helpful and made the entire process of buying a diamond that I had never seen more comfortable that I would have imagined possible.

Hello Sheerah. To be honest, I was nervous! Nervous about the ring size, nervous about the "sparkliness", nervous that it would not "perform". Well yesterday I got down on one knee and something magical happened, it became the most perfect diamond I could have asked for! Thank you so much for helping me through this process. Hi James, I'm really sorry for not getting back to you as I was extremely busy at work. I also just managed to show my fiancee the ring last weekend as we are based in different countries at the moment. The shipment was delayed because of customs and Easter weekend but that is the only disappointment. The solitaire ring is absolutely gorgeous , my fiancee just couldn't believe how beautiful it is and I can tell you that she can't wait to show it off to her friends :) And my ring is just so cool! My fiancee was jealous at my ring and she thought that my ring would overshadow her ring and I think I agree to a certain extent ;) You don't often see many asschers around here. I'm a savvy and discriminating buyer when it comes to a high ticket items. That said, I'm the type of person that is always willing to pay more for quality under the right circumstances. When it comes to selecting a diamond engagement ring I've always believed that quality and cut are more important than size or stone volume. So, I knew going into it that I wanted a high quality single diamond set in a simple, yet elegant ring setting. Like most people I struggled a little with the understanding that I couldn't see the diamond before I purchased it.
