Hey Chris, Happy New Year to you too, a little late! I can't believe that it has taken me so long to write. I was super busy during Christmas visiting my family and traveling around. Since being back in Spain I've been swamped with work! I want to thank you and everyone at Whiteflash who helped with my ring. It is beautiful and is exactly what I had in mind. The weekend we spent in New York was amazing! We happened to be there during the blizzard that hit and between the snow and the excitement of the ring and engagement the weekend was really special. Hi Traci, I got the ring this morning and did not get a chance to really look at it until this afternoon. But I love it! I hope she does. I am really happy with it. I would like to thank Whiteflash for their & your professionalism and excellent way you packaged and included all the certification with the diamonds, not to mention they got here so quickly. My jeweller said they are larger than he would have chosen for my size G finger but I said he needs to try his best to fit them on ;-) We will definitely be contacting you next time we need any diamonds! Hi Debi and Traci, I absolutely love my earrings! They are so beautiful! The only concern I had was the setting. I tried on a pair of 4 prong settings this week and I have decided that I am going to stay with the martini setting that I originally picked out. They feel so natural on my ears and I want to wear them almost all the time. Traci provided excellent, excellent, excellent, customer service and she really put me at ease concerning my purchase. She could not have done a better job. Thank you Traci! I am so sorry for not corresponding sooner but I did not want to e-mail anyone until I made up my mind concerning the setting of the earrings. Before talking with anyone I wanted to make sure I was not going to return them and have them changed to the four prong earring setting. Vera, Sheerah, Without having seen a superideal before, I have to be honest, I wasn't quite sure what to expect, other than something better than what I saw in most stores. When I pulled it out of the box in the diffuse, fluorescent lighting in my bedroom and it was miles better there than any said store diamonds... I really just do not have words to describe it. I couldn't be happier or more excited. The proposal is still a ways out, as I'm planning something really special for her... but I will definitely let you know how it goes. Thank you both so much for all you've done to help me out - 'extremely satisfied, lifetime customer' only begins to describe how I feel! :)
