Hi Sheerah, I just wanted to say thank you so much for helping me pick out the perfect engagment ring. I picked it up the other night and couldn't believe the sparkle and fire coming off it as soon as I opened the box. I had been a little concerned about the J color but unless looking at it closely and from the side you can barely notice the color, and face up all you notice are the blinding colors of light coming off the thing. The quality of the setting is also amazing and I'm so glad I switched to the Tifffany Knife Edge. You all did a great job and the ring looks just amazing. I can't wait for my girlfriend to see it. I'm sure she's going to love it.

It is a BEAUTIFUL ‘J’ and casts so many different colors at different times – its stunning! I am still trying to get used to the stone. Hi Vera! Sorry I never got back to you. We got back from our trip to Sedona, AZ last monday, and getting back to work was so busy I didn't have time to think about anything else. Everything went really well. I proposed while we were on a hike in top of a mesa at sunset. She loved it! See the attached picture for proof! Lindsey has taken to texting me whenever her ring exhibits a new color of fire she hadn't seen before. We were amazed at some of the colors it would throw off at sunset or even at dinner when the light was dim. Our favorite was when we went to a candle light dinner on our trip and the entire stone was flashing only teal and pink. I don't know how those colors got in there, but they were amazing! I wanted to thank everyone there for making our engagement so special. Bryan - for meeting with me on short notice and for putting me at ease about buying sight-unseen. Sheerah and Vera - for answering all my questions so quickly and thoroughly. Our constant communication on the phone and through email really put me at ease and made me very confident that I would get the best product possible. Dear all, The package arrived a few hours ago here; I played with the ring in the sunlight, then, when there was no more Sun, in the light of an incandescent bulb... I am simply speechless. I very much liked also the extras found in the box. James, So sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I got back into town Sunday midnight after being stuck in Chicago Midway and almost missing my connecting flight in Salt Lake City. Anyways, I picked up the package first thing Monday and couldn't wait to open it up. So as I made it to the parking lot at work, I decided to rip open the package then and see the final product. The ring is beautiful! I left it in the fedex envelope and kept it in my desk drawer but I think I opened it up another 5 times before the end of the day. I couldn't stop thinking about it and just wanted to leave it on my desk. Anyways, I'm working on getting it insured now before anything happens. Thanks for all your hard work and effort in this process. You really made the search very pleasant compared to retailers here locally and I really appreciated your patience with me. I think that was a huge selling point along with the quick communication we had. The only slight gripe I still have is not being able to find a bigger, nicer cut Marquise. I realize I'm dealing with a less demanded fancy shape and its just the nature of the search. I am happy with the cut of my stone and I hope my gf can live with the size. haha!
