Hello Sheerah, Sorry for the long delay but I was in the UK and only had periodic access to my email. The ring is beautiful and she loves it as much as I do. Glad I went with the one I did. Thank you for all the great customer service and easy process. Only issue noted is that the ring might be abit on the big size (potentially up to 0.5 size) but we will probably wait until she returns to Canada on 18 August and then decide what to do.

Hi James, As you know, I got the ring back in May....and I was amazed at the beauty of it. I was so excited to receive it. The diamond is 10 times better than I ever expected and I take my hat off to Mark Morrell for the workmanship that has gone into the ring. Then of course came the engagement. I decided some time ago to take Ruth to London to propose to her as a surprise. I actually only told her that we were going to London about 5 days before we left. Luckily it was her birthday the same weekend that we were due to be in London, so it didn't look too obvious as to why I was whipping her down to London. We flew to London on the Friday morning and had checked into our hotel by lunch time. After going for a work around some of the tourist sites we headed back to the hotel to get ready for heading out for dinner. I had booked Gordon Ramsay's restaurant for dinner, so we had to get our 'glad rags' on. Just before we left the room to head for our taxi, and with Ruth looking amazing, I told her that she needed one last thing to make her look even more amazing - at which point I got down on one knee and asked her to marry me! and the rest of course.......they say........is history!! She said yes obviously! She absolutely loves the ring. She can't take her eyes off of it and was dying to get home to show her family and friends. It sparkles so much that she has nicknamed it "Sparko". Now the fun really begins......wedding preparations. Thank you very much for the most amazing ring ever and for your service.

Traci, Thank you so much. I got a email from Vera. I just sent one back letting her know that we will be in on Thurs. or Friday of next week to drop it off. If need be we can have it mailed back. The plan is to be in Houston for the weekend! Hi Liza, Geez I've been so busy I haven't had a chance to respond to you yet!! Yes, I proposed on her birthday back in May, we live in two separate cities that are a 3 hr drive apart. Took the afternoon off to drive back to surprise her. She was already pretty stunned that I showed up at her door with roses in hand. She knew that I had to drive back to work the next day. I took her out for a nice dinner and had a great time. Near the end of our meal I surprised her with a gift - a trip to Disney World! She was completely shocked and somewhat in disbelief as we were driving in the car. I had planned on this so that she would be too distracted to notice I took a small detour back to our old High School. I managed to convince her to go out for a walk on the trail behind the school. We walked over to our 'usual' spot by a ledge that overlooked the city. And as the sun was setting, I got down on one knee and proposed to her :) A very memorable birthday indeed heheh. I don't have the pics on me right now but I'll try to send one over when I get a chance. Oh yeah, she absolutely LOVES the ring.In fact, that reminds me, how does the process of getting a custom wedding band work at Whiteflash? We found that the curvature of the ring makes it hard to find a wedding band that fits nicely on her finger with the e-ring. It still early right now, but we're thinking that going the custom route for the band might be the best option for us. The planning process is well underway since we got back from Orlando a few weeks ago (awesome trip btw). Today is actually our 10 year anniversary since we started dating :) Our wedding is exactly one year from today (July 17, 2011). Let the countdown begin!

Sheerah and Vera, My husband and I made the trip to Buffalo on Saturday to pick up the earrings – I was so nervous and excited the entire trip that the 2 hours flew by!! When we arrived at FedEx, I ripped open the box right in the car in the parking lot to find the most beautiful earrings I have ever seen!! The stones are outstanding and the settings are so delicate – the perfect highlight for stones of that quality. I put them in right away and couldn’t get over how sparkly and white they were. They were like miniature glowing disco balls on my ears! I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out and the service you both provided. I am truly a happy customer and you will definitely hear from me in the future (but not in the near future, my husband said ;-). I am happy that I can now refer friends and family to you from experience. Thank you both for your help and guidance, and for delivering such a fabulous product. Now if only the sun could come out so I could take some great pictures!

Juli, Picked up the package on Wednesday. The rings are absolutely fabulous! I am so glad that our rings fit perfectly and look very nice on our hands (hers looks stunning next to the Whiteflash Tiffany solitaire). Danielle liked it so much that she didn't want to take her ring off, and when her mother saw it she began to cry.... The service from you and the rest of your staff is absolutely excellent! Hi Debi, Wow, thank you so much for taking the time to write to me. I had no idea that buying an ACA diamond also came with a reply from the CEO! I am glad you enjoyed my story. Although a bit stressful, I certainly enjoyed planning everything and I also enjoyed writing it up on Pricescope. The 'typical' proposals just aren't my style. I think all married women will remember their proposal so it's really a great opportunity to shine. After weeks of thinking about proposals, the idea just came to me. The hardest part was trying to figure out a believable way to get her into Toys R Us without being suspicious. I knew it had to be a casual, last-minute thing. Everything worked out perfectly and it was great to pull off a surprise proposal with the actual diamond, while allowing Sara to pick out the ring. We just picked it up last week and Sara absolutely loves it and loves showing it off. I am certain that I made an excellent decision with that diamond. Not too big, not too small, but most importantly, an excellent high-performance cut. I couldn't believe Sheerah actually took the two diamonds I was considering to her co-workers for their input and that input was invaluable to me. I suspect Whiteflash is a very fun place to work at times! Diamonds are just so fascinating. Whiteflash won me over with the images and measurements posted for each diamond. You furthered that when I happened to call before hours and left a message. Somebody called me right back, before hours, to tell me you weren't open yet but would pass the message on to Sheerah when she came in. I can't think of any other company that has ever done that. Not only was somebody in early, but she was willing to listen to messages and return a call. You absolutely have some wonderful people at Whiteflash. As if that wasn't enough, the wire transfer process was fast and simple and your shipping and packaging process was equally impressive. I really can't imagine buying a jewelery store diamond. You truly have a fantastic operation there.

Hi Vera, Just wanted to let you know that I picked up my ring from the FedEx location this afternoon and it is gorgeous! Took a little faith to order it online without seeing it with my own eyes, but it definitely exceeded expectations! Thank you so much! I have a question about resizing. I assume resizing is included with the purchase? Please let me know details on how to go about getting it resized if necessary and if there is a time limit with how soon it must be done.
