Traci: Got the ring on Friday - very impressed with the packaging. Was discreet and secure (with the "bag inside a box inside a box"). The piece was marvelously crafted - looked incredible in person. I proposed on Sunday and she was blown away. She commented on the fire and brilliance of the diamond and just kept looking at it. I have been told that my future mother in law is also quite impressed with the ring - which is definitely important. In closing - I am thoroughly satisfied with the buying experience from Whiteflash. The customer service was awesome - I probably didn't spend as much on this order as a lot of your customers, but I was given the white glove experience regardless. I will definitely tell my friends and family about you and will definitely keep you at the top of our list when it comes time to order wedding bands! Hi Liza, I did pick up the bracelet today! And I love it! It is exactly as I pictured it, very pretty and dainty, with super sparkly diamonds! I love seeing the arrows in the stones! The picture was great too! I liked how it combined 2 of my favorite things--diamonds and shoes! Thank you so much for all of your help! Liza, I wanted to let you know that my girlfriend and I got engaged. she loves the ring, diamond and setting. the proposal was nothing fancy, I just met her in berkeley as she was leaving work, asked her, then we went to dinner at a nice restaurant that she had mentioned several times, but never really thought we would go to. she was ecstatic. Good Morning Vera, I picked up the ring last night and I just wanted to thank you and Traci for helping me get such a breath taking stone and setting! I spent the majority of the evening trying to keep my sister away from the ring as she seemed drawn to it and I can only hope for a similar reaction when I eventually propose with this gorgeous piece. Becca, The photos are great! Thank you so much for sending them. The ring arrived at 10am this morning and it's absolutely beautiful. My husband had not seen even a photo of it. When I opened the box the first word was "Wow!" He has now hidden it until my birthday tomorrow. I can't wait! Thanks again to all concerned. You all do a terrific job together. Chris, Everything is awesome thanks again. She said it was perfect and just the one she would have chosen, maybe shes telling me what I want to hear but it sure sounded great. Everyone loved it. We are 100% happy and thanks so much for the great service. The ring is snug over the joint but it’s a little loose on the finger shaft. It sits better on the middle finger. She wanted to keep it even though its loose so I will get it resized at a later date. I will let you know. These are some pics of my Katya and the ring. (you can see it’s a little loose on the first pic) BTW the furry jacket is no joke, it was about 35-40 some days and it hit 27 at night a few times and snowed
