Hello Debi, So nice to hear from you! I know it seems like ages since we spoke but I know how busy you are all the time :) Honestly, I was pretty speechless when I got the pictures from Tim. The ring really did turn out unbelievable. Tim's pictures were also amazing. I must also tell you that Sheerah and Vera were so very sweet as always to me and helped so much. Leon as well. I had a bit of a time line and the team got it done with time to spare. LOL I remember the conversation we had too about diamonds and engagement rings in Canada. Sadly, not much has changed. I mean they do have some of the ideal Canadian Polar Bear diamonds circulating but still Birks has the market cornered and they don't really have anything that compares to WF but they have the hype and the now chocolate brown box prestige (Tiffany's finally came to town and demanded that Birks change the color of their boxes from a very similar Tiffany blue to this chocolate brown...so bizarre!) Don't get me started about Tiffany's. They have wonderful things but I feel for a younger generation begining their journey into fine jewelry making things outlandishly unreacheable is not fair and not good business and their consumer education practices are lacking. I wish I could convert more of my friends but as I said out west, BC, WF and online fine jewelry in general is pretty unheard of and many of them are not willing to take a chance. But I keep trying and won't stop and of course you have a life long client/friend in my and my family. I told Sheerah I would be in touch shortly to start the wedding band process and there will of course be anniversaries and b'days and Christmas and any other occasion I can think of or make up ;) And of course at some point there will be another upgrade but for the next while I am going to enjoy this wonderful stone that came up just in time for me so it was meant to be and the AGS number adds up to my b'day go figure and I was very blessed to get it and I think 2.52 is a great size. It looks like a real beauty. I will of course miss my old stone she was very beautiful and I'm sure will go into a gorgeous ring and a great home at some point. It was really nice of you to get in touch and I hope to speak with you one of these days and maybe even meet you in person if I can make it out to Houston for a visit at WF and tour. Sheerah, This ring is GORGEOUS. I took a video of it on my hand and it sends a rainbow prism all over the wall, and sparkles like crazy. It seems to come alive and have a life of its own, almost like a little disco ball on my hand. I should really send the video to you guys, and I will once I find the cord. I'm so glad I went with an ACA and found one at a great price due to its K color, which really is not noticeable unless I have the ring up against something white. It 'faces up' pretty white for the whole time I have it on. But I still I enjoy the "subtle warmth" I know is there, so it's the perfect thing for me. I also picked the perfect carat size because even though my ring size is only 4.5, my fingers are long. Yes, I'm 5'8" with size 4.5 fingers, so this diamond looks very regal on me and definitely is just within the sweet spot between being noticeable but not being 'too much.' Looks like my year of research online paid off as 'ideal cut' stones from the 'maul' like this would be much more. And I never even considered Tiffany themselves because their cuts are only good or very good. This diamond performs better than more expensive ones and eventually I will have it re-set in platinum.

Hi Juli, Yes, we love it. She's happy I basically kept it the same and it fits just right now.. and I'm happy with the change to the metal and orientation of the diamond. My only wish was for the inscription to be slightly larger as the script is hard to read, but it is fine. I definitely prefer the NSEW style mounting, it kind of has me wondering why they don't normally use that orientation? It makes the arrows much easier to spot for me. Thanks again for being so helpful and patient with me through the whole process, it's been a pleasure working with you!!

Traci: Got the ring on Friday - very impressed with the packaging. Was discreet and secure (with the "bag inside a box inside a box"). The piece was marvelously crafted - looked incredible in person. I proposed on Sunday and she was blown away. She commented on the fire and brilliance of the diamond and just kept looking at it. I have been told that my future mother in law is also quite impressed with the ring - which is definitely important. In closing - I am thoroughly satisfied with the buying experience from Whiteflash. Hi Liza, I did pick up the bracelet today! And I love it! It is exactly as I pictured it, very pretty and dainty, with super sparkly diamonds! I love seeing the arrows in the stones!
