Bob,
The door bell rang, and it was the Fedex guy with the necklace extension. Needless to say, I dropped everything to sign for the package and immediately opened my present.
I could not believe how elaborate the packing was for a little guy that weighs only a few metal clips. There were double boxes, formal paperwork, and a nice ring box. Down to every detail including the expensive FedEx Express shipping, the present has moved me to tears. Yes, I have been an exceptional loyal WF customer (with 4 major purchases so far in a year's time), but getting such an expensive gift in style tells me that WF also appreciates me in return. I truely appreciate the generosity of WF (thanks sweet Vera for asking on my behalf and Debbie for approving), and particularly Bob’s help in making my purchase experience enjoyable.
I tried on the necklace and the extension with my turtle neck shirt on. The extra length does come in handy, and I can now see all the melees.

Everything was phenomenal - from the service, to the photographs of my ring, to the diamond, to the setting, and all of the extras that were included in the package - I love identifying the RB's tiny inclusion with my very own WF loupe!

I am emailing you as an engaged man. The first special day was on Valentine's day on our trip to the mountains. As Joanie looked out the window that morning she saw the artwork in the snow and when she turned around I was on one knee. I have attached pictures that say it all, well except that she said yes. The second special day is now set for October 2nd of this year. I just wanted to email you again and let you know how much I appreciate your help and how great the ring turned out. All of the time and effort really pays off when I see the smile on her face. I must say that whiteflash truly is a cut above.

I'm sorry this is a little late, but I want to thank you both and the WF team for making me a gorgeous ring.
I have to admit I was both apprehensive and excited about the project since it was my first time working on a custom setting with you but I needn't have worried. I am very pleased with how the ring turned out. The halo is as I envisioned it, not too flat and a little domed. The ring has a substantial weight to it which I love as well.
The one thing that bothered me a little at first are the prongs on the shank. They seem to stick out a fair bit and irritated my fingers on either side of my ring finger. I've gotten used to it now but thought I'd let you know in case this was something that could be improved. Other than that, the ring is great!
I'm really impressed with the quality of the setting and the very reasonable price WF charges. Please keep up the good work and I'm sure I'll be back for more projects very soon.

As for Chrysann and I, we've been doing very well; it's been a little over six months since our wedding, and Whiteflash definitely played a big role in the engagement and wedding ceremony :) I've told my friends about the great service and high quality rings (and they've seen the proof on our fingers!), so hopefully we can refer some business your way when the time is right ... we've been very pleased!

I just picked up the ring and it looks absolutely stunning! Can't even tell a hint of color on it! Now that I have it in hand, I want to make sure it's insured as quickly as possible. I want to go with Jeweler's Mutual because it has received good reviews on Pricescope. Do you know whether the appraisal that came with the ring is good enough for them or if I should go out and get another one done on my own? I'm not sure if the one Whiteflash attaches is more for ring identification purposes.
Thanks again for your help. It's going to be tough waiting around for the next 3 months until the proposal time arrives!
