Juli, Everything worked out alright. I found the station and picked up the package the other night. I'm very happy with the way everything turned out. The engraving was smaller than we expected, but the European style of engraving is quite different and much larger so I think my fiancée thought it would be larger than it turned out to be. Either way, I am still very impressed with the ring and the package as a whole. Thank you for all of your help :)

Hi James, I received my ring a few days ago. When I look at this ring all I can think is "WOW" but that is exactly the reaction I wanted for myself. My husband said I did good!! I am amazed by the craftmanship of the setting and the diamond is much MUCH more than I expected. I have some questions.... 1) Can I upgrade to a 2 carat in the future with the same setting? 2) What is the best procedure for cleaning this piece of jewelry, you've stated that melee can fall out from using cleaning machines and I don't want to lose one of those. I plan to treat this ring with total respect. 3) How can get more of the WF cleaner that came with my purchase?

Hi James! How ironic! I haven't logged into my account for a few days and was logging in tonight to email you. I wanted to thank you for such awesome support throughout the buying process and to let you know that I was shaking when I opened the package. You are right, she is beautiful and I have received so many compliments on it. Who said it wouldn't have fire?! I am glad I listened to you. I haven't taken it to a jeweler yet but will soon for an ultrasonic cleaning. That is ok isn't it for warranty purposes? As long as no work is done to it? I don't need to verify that it is the same diamond since I have since read the inscription and.... I trust WF implicitly. To be honest, when I first put it on I thought it was too big but after a few days, she seems to be the perfect size.... who knows, a 1.7 might be an upgrade option in a few years... (wink). I have to keep myself from telling everyone that asks to see it the specs. I have a feeling most people just don't understand diamonds or don't feel like learning. Either way, I just beam proudly and say thanks, got it from WF. You might just have more and more orders from Okinawa in your near future. If you send me some business cards, I will gladly pass them out to anyone in the market. You are the best! Thank you just isn't enough to express how greatful I am to you.

Hi Juli: I received it yesterday. The ring itself looks amazing but the diamond has a big bow tie that I didn’t expect. There were no problems getting it across the border. As for the service, Whiteflash is a model for all organizations to follow. You certainly need to have excellent staff in order to deal with a purchase as emotional as an engagement ring. There was a point where it looked liked Whiteflash wouldn’t be able to meet the deadline it committed to, but in the end that worked out – and problems along the way can happen with anything, the key is handling properly, which Whiteflash did. And Juliana, your service in particular was excellent. I’ve shown the ring to one person so far and she absolutely loved it.
