Bob, Hello again! I wanted to thank you, and Whiteflash, for playing such an important part in my engagement experience. After holding the ring for 2 months in secret, I proposed on April 12, and she said yes! I really enjoyed my research on diamonds, and the diamond market, and I could not be happier with the quality and performance of the ACA Princess you provided me! The quality and performance of the ring is better explained by detailing two separate experiences I had with it. The first came with my visit to an independent appraiser. She is a certified gemologist, with many years of appraising experience. Upon showing her my ring for the first time, she broke out in goosebumps (I saw them on her, as she was wearing a sleeveless dress). After pulling her eye away from the ring, and then returning to it, she broke out in goosebumps again! The second experience involves my proposal. I was on bended knee, and was saying my piece, and holding the ring box, but I hadn’t yet shown her the ring. I opened the box, and asked for her hand at about the same time. When she saw the ring, she had to kneel down to my level before I could put it on her finger because her legs were getting weak! Her most recent comments to me, through email, were that she was having a hard time working because she couldn’t stop looking at her ring, and this is nearly a week after proposing! Thanks again to you, and Whiteflash, for providing an excellent product, and outstanding customer service! We’ll be back when the time comes to purchase our bands!

Dear Jamie, Lesley and Vera: I wanted to thank you so very much for all the guidance, assistance and help in providing me with a wonderful piece of jewelry! You all contributed in many ways to making this a fun and exciting experience. Jamie – you were always up-beat and helpful, and counseled me every step of the way. It was a pleasure every time I talked with you on the phone. Lesley – you too are a kind person, a tough negotiator for sure, but in the end, fair and professional. Vera – when the small problem arose, you handled it expeditiously and expertly, and immediately took charge to ‘make things right’. In my view, the true test of corporate culture is not only how it performs the expected, but also in large measure how it handles and solves customer issues. Please also thank Brian on my behalf; he provided his ‘eyes’ before I was able to see the stone myself, and gave me his opinions and expertise regarding the diamond. His great sense of humor was unexpected and a refreshing bonus. To sum it all up, I am impressed with every one of the many individuals that I dealt with at Whiteflash. It was indeed ‘A brilliant diamond buying experience’, with an awesome result, an almost flawless process, some very minor ‘imperfections’ along the way, but no longer visible to the naked eye (or mind)! In the end, I am thrilled, and I am sure that my wife will be too when I present her the ring on our anniversary next month.

sheerah, the proposal and everything went well. I did it last fri so its been almost a week now. Everyone was very impressed with the ring including my parents, friends and even people we barely know. It was well worth the time and effort spent looking. Thank you Travis!!! The pictures you sent are fantastic! Once again you and your Whiteflash team have gone the extra mile and proven time and time agian to be #1. You sure helped cheer me up today and now I can't wait to see the rings in person. FYI - I just replied to Vera to confirm that the Watertown NY location is perfect for the hold for pick up location. Cynthia who I will soon marry has no idea how close she is to receiving here rings...well she is getting impatient but she would have them by now had it not been for the emergency surgery to remove my Gallblader. This engagement has a very great history behind it from our first meeting online, to the first google search on diamonds, to my first conversation on many with Traci, to your pictures and all other great things inbetween. Hi Jamie, We just got back from New York, it was an amazing time and a complete surprise. She loved the ring and gets tons of comments about how beautiful and sparkly it is!! We went on a couple tours of NY and most of the time she was staring at the ring. I think the only thing that got her attention away from the sparkles was the Statue of Liberty.

Lesley, Thank you so much for making my decision an easy and flawless one. The ring is absolutely lovely. I am not really into big diamonds, and this one is perfect. The X-Factor diamond certainly sparkles, and in the sun the fire from it is amazing. I’ll have to admit when I saw the pictures I was like “uh oh” because they definitely did NOT do it justice. When I got to the FEDEX hub on Saturday I had to of course make sure my e-ring was in there, and it was! It is simply perfect. Not too big, not too small, and fits me perfect. My fiancé didn’t like the pave settings that I was looking at and when he saw this ring, he raised his eyebrows. He let me all of the decision making, but he likes it too, and he’s even more happy that I’m happy. It wasn’t an easy process learning about diamonds that’s for sure. I also want to say thank you to Vera too. You both responded really quickly to any questions I had, and were very polite. That means a lot in the customer service world. I work in a Call Center for UPS. Not being face to face with people and doing business over the phone is not always that easy. But you guys made it seem that you were right here with me. Thank you so much. I truly truly appreciate it
