Hi Vera and James, It took a couple extra days because of a customs delay, and then FedEx attempted to deliver while I was at work rather than holding the shipment for pickup, but I finally received the diamond today and I just wanted to say thank-you very much for all your help! It is such a beautiful diamond, I am so glad we bought from Whiteflash instead of a local jewelry chain, I don't think we saw anything even remotely in the same class as this diamond (at least not in this carat weight or price range)! So thanks again, I'll definitely be recommending Whiteflash to anyone I know who is looking for a diamond.

Hey! I know this is late but I'm glad you saw the pictures! I was in a bit of a hurry taking those (wanted to get them up asap before all the PS ladies started throwing cyber stones at me, lol, j/k!!) and really wanted to take more but I haven't had much time lately. Let me tell you, I have been floored by all the wonderful compliments everyone gave me, it really was so touching. Jamie, I really wanted to thank you for everything that you did during the process of making my ring. I could not be happier with the decision that I chose Whiteflash for something so important and I look forward to hopefully working with you again in the future. Traci, I received the ring a few days ago and have been extremely happy with it. The entire process has far exceeded my expectations, from the interaction with the staff to the constant email updates to the diamond and ring itself (which is AMAZING), everything has been top notch. One specific thing I appreciated was when I had some concerns about the knife edge setting, you actually gave an opinion, instead of just some generic comment. Thanks again for all your help, I will definitely be referring friends your way in the future.

Hi Celina! There are no words to describe how amazing and beautiful my rings are! I had to wait a whole hour after I picked the package up from Fed-Ex (which seemed like an eternity) so that my husband and I could open the box together. He had me close my eyes and he slipped the rings on my finger asking the question, "Will you spend the rest of your life with me?" I opened my eyes and the dazzling beauty of my diamond took my breath away. Wow, it's huge!! It's going to take getting used to a 2.3 carat stone, but I don't doubt that I will! Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will cherish my wedding rings for the rest of my life. I look forward to working with you again in the future and I've already recommended two friends of mine to your company!

Hi Traci! The ring is amazing and I love it! But I'm still getting used to it, and especially at work I feel a bit self-concious about it. It's funny, as soon as my MIL saw it she went home and called my brother-in-law to give him a hard time for not getting his wife something similar for their 10th a couple of years ago. She's insisting that he rectify this by June (I think so she can show off her daughters-in-law's rings at an upcoming family wedding). See the trouble you've caused in our family?! Seriously, it's beautiful and very distracting - especially while I'm driving. And I've got my eye on your eternity bands for another anniversary. (Is the return policy the same on those?)

Sheerah, They are beautiful! Great job with the eternity ring-it is incredibly sparkly. And I love the six stone ring! I really like how low it sits and how it follows the curve of my finger. In fact, it's so low that when I twist it so the stones lie between my fingers, it,s still comfortable enough that I could even see going to a full eternity at some point... Did you send back the old platinum setting from the five stone ring? I haven't gone through everything in the package, but I didn't notice it. Be sure to pass on to Leon what a beautiful job I think he did.

Hi Katie, Thanks for your email, and please forward this note to Lesley as well. Sandra loves it! She can't stop looking at it! I'm not joking, from FedEx all the way home and then when I enter a room where she is, all she's doing is looking at the ring. And the setting is classic, yet modern and very appropriate for the diamond. I realize this was a difficult sale and somewhat of a rush, and I want you to know that I do appreciate everything that you and Lesley did. Hi Travis, Even though this is a bit late, thank you very much for these gorgeous pics! I just love them! I would have e-mailed you sooner but was on holiday when I received the pics and my ring and pendant.
