Dear Lesley, I picked up the dimond and wow it's absolutely gorgeous! I actually sat in my car and checked out the ring for about 15 minutes in the warm Florida sun, which made it sparkle all over. I think it is a great combo, as far as the size of the stone and th ring.. I know Neda will be blown away! Hi Celina, I just wanted to drop you a note and say thank you for all you did for me during the diamond buying process. First of all, I am so very happy with the Cut Above diamond that I chose. At the jewelers yesterday, as I was dropping off the diamond to get it set, I finally saw what you were talking about, and how amazing it was compared to all the other diamonds in their case - the lady helping me was very impressed too! I can't wait to pick it up next week. Second, thank you so much for your patience with my distress and how often I changed my mind. It wasn't until that night that I realized why I was having such a hard time choosing and getting so emotional - it wasn't about the diamonds at all, they were beautiful - but they didn't look like my original diamond; and putting them on felt like putting on someone else's ring, and the grief of losing mine was hitting me; putting on another ring made its loss seem so much more real. So, I just really appreciate how kind you all were. I know I will have just as many years of wonderful memories attached to this new one. And if I ever do decide to upgrade, you will be the first one I call. :)

Katie & Travis, Thank you for the email and images! The images look beautiful!!! :-) I'm so glad we went with the custom matching band...everything looks just right together! Can't wait to see the matched set in real life! Kim is missing her e-ring very much and will be very happy to know that everything has been completed and will be on they way back to her soon! We haven't decided if we're showing each other our finished bands before the wedding, so it may be until after the big day in May before I can give you her reaction to the completed set. Hi Lesley I finally picked the ring up yesterday :) It's really beautiful...and i've already spent SO much time staring at it. I've even ordered a microscope so i can loot at it at 100x magnification :) I'm sure my girlfriend is going to love it when i give it to her. I'm currently looking for a reputable independent appraiser to get it valued for insurance purposes. Do you have any recommendations in the UK? I'm hoping it will be valued higher because something similar is going to cost a lot more in the UK. Just want to thank you again for all your help with this transaction, and all your patience answering all questions.

Dear Katie, I picked up the ring 2 days ago, and was away since. The ring and diamond looks excellent, there is nothing that i could fault at all!!! I have had a chance to take it for an inspection at DCLA, they are a Certified DIamond Laboratory in Sydney, for a confirmation of the stone as to the AGS certificate, their verdict was that the stone is as per certificate, they could not test the color as it was already set. They also were familiar with White Flash, and I've been told that they are yet to see a stone from WF that does not coincide with the certificate. All in all everyone who has seen the ring has been very impressed to say the least, me included. I will forward to you some photos when i'll have some free time. Thank you very much for everything, and I will have no hesitations to recommend your work to anybody and also contact you myself should I be in the market!

I just wanted to send my thanks to Traci at Whiteflash. First of all, this testimonial is way overdue—but maybe my sending it over a year after receiving my diamond will say a lot for how much I really appreciate the way Whiteflash does business. I purchased a loose diamond from the “A Cut Above” line to be mounted in a simple tiffany setting for my engagement to Heather. I was blown away by this diamond and the price I was able to get it for. It appraised at close to $700 more than what I paid for the stone! The AGS certification shows it to be one pinpoint away from a flawless stone, and the local jeweler who set it was even unable to find it under the scope. Total vindication for all the naysayers (AKA local retailers) who will try to scare you away from buying a diamond online. That being said, I searched every brick and mortar shop in the area including Iowa City and Des Moines in comparison before buying. Prices aside (they don’t even come close), most of them don’t even carry this quality of stone—and I was never shown a single certification when I asked for them. They also looked at me like I was from another planet when I asked to see their diamonds under the Idealscope. I simply would not buy a diamond without this excellent tool. Today, you couldn’t get me to put a diamond from anywhere BUT Whiteflash on my future wife’s finger. Customer service? It was just as close to flawless as the diamond itself. I was scared to death of buying this stone online. I spoke to Vera on a couple of occasions and she was a great help. And Traci is AWESOME. I had researched and learned alot before contacting WF but still learned even more from speaking with her. And what a personable lady, just the best. Over a year later, she still checks in from time to time to see how Heather and I are doing! That kind of customer service and consideration is truly unmatched in my experience. Today I am anxiously awaiting my wedding ring, ordered from Whiteflash, any minute now. Thank you all so much for making a once in a lifetime event nothing short of perfect for us both. Heather and I were engaged on the top of Pikes Peak, elevation 14,115 ft. I have been on top of the world ever since. We will be married July 19th this year. To be honest, I was a little nervous about buying a diamond I had not seen in person, but you were right...the stone is beautiful as you said it would be. And I do love the way the ring came out - even better looking in person than from the CAD and final images. I do believe that she is going to love it.
