Hi Juli, I had just sat down (here at work) to write you and say thanks for all your help and attention. I picked up the ring at Fedex on Saturday and it's wonderful. I've been on the go non-stop since so this is literally the first chance I've had to say thanks :) The ring is even better than I had imagined, and my girlfriend is going to absolutely love it. I'll be proposing on our trip to California in a week or so and it's wonderful to feel like I made a solid choice and that she's going to be very happy with the ring for years to come. My only concern was fit but as soon as I tore into the Fedex box I took the ring and compared it with a handful of the rings she currently wears and it looks to be perfect. I really can't thank you, and Whiteflash in general, enough for making this process not only easy and efficient but fun as well. You folks offer a superior product, but more importantly you back it up with impeccable service.. I'l be back to look around when it comes time to pick out my wedding band. Thanks again.

Got it! and I absolutely love it!!! I wished I would have ordered this a while ago instead of trying on different band. I now know what my reset will be ---- a THREE STONE!!!! yay!!! I already have my eye on the sidestones, I'm just waiting until next month to be able to purchase them :) then I won't be able to reset until our next anniversary :( maybe sooner who knows... you never know with me...lol

Yes!! This weekend Yokota Air Base had it's Air Force Ball (celebrating it's 62nd birthday) and so I was able to use taking a picture at the ice sculpture as an excuse for someone on hand to take pictures. I had really wanted to propose on top of Fuji-san (Mt Fuji), however it is closed to access for the season. I wanted to be dressed up, and Katie looked stunning, so that narrowed it down a little for me. She told me afterwards that she was expecting me to propose (I guess I had tipped my hand somehow) but she thought I was going to propose without a ring! So when I pulled out the stunning ring box it threw her for a loop, she was so distracted she didn't even look at the ring before saying yes. AFTERWARDS, however, she was absolutely blown away. She keeps staring at it, being distracted by it, and is in awe of the work. She keeps on talking about the fluidity and craftsmanship, and then don't even get her started on the diamond. James, your help in finding that one was excellent. She is amazed by it. Vera, Debi, your team at WF are incredible. Thank you!!! Unfortunately I don't have access to all the ring pictures we've taken as I'm at work, but these are a few of the proposal. Thanks again for all your help, I can't believe how involved the WF team is in the story, not just the jewelry. You guys are awesome!

Hey Bob! Thank you for following up . . . I asked Holly to marry me Saturday morning, and she said YES! She hasn't been able to quit smiling since. She was blown away by the ring. Hi Bob, The proposal went great. We climbed to the 8th station on the afternoon of day 1 and stayed at one of the "mountain hotels." They woke us at 3am on day 2 and we made it to the top about 30-minutes before sunrise. I was able to scope out a spot that was somewhat private, and proposed just as the sun came up. Of course the answer was yes and she loved the ring. She said it was more "her" than anything she could have ever picked out on her own. I have some pictures and will definitely send you a couple, but I'm not on my own computer right now. 3 days after we came down from Fuji, I was on a ship leaving Yokosuka earlier than planned for typhoon avoidance. So, at the moment, I'm in an internet cafe in Okinawa taking a quick breather before I head back out to sea. Different ship than last time, too. Anyways, I will definitely send you some pictures when I'm back in Yokosuka. Thanks again for the absolutely terrific service!
