Hi Liza! I hope you had a great set of holidays. So I think when we last left off I had told you I loved the ring and that I was preparing to go to New Zealand. Well the trip was amazing and so memorable. Between introducing Amanda to all my family and enjoying what the country has to offer we had a great time. It was really special to introduce her as my fiance to my grandparents/aunts/uncles/cousins as a future member of the family. So about the proposal. Everything (and I mean everything including the weather which apparently had been bad for 2 weeks prior to the day we hiked) went according to plan EXCEPT for just one thing. After all my planning I totally overlooked the fact that hands (and fingers) swell considerably after a 9.5 hour hike. I proposed 5 hours in at the summit and we BARELY got the ring on. She had to suck on her finger for 5 mins and we kinda forced it on. Good news though that the proposal was extremely memorable (and just extreme really). Once the swelling went down over the next day the ring fit perfectly. I attached some pictures of it on her hand and me proposing (and you can see for youself how swollen her fingers were!). Thank you again for all your help and patience in helping me find the perfect ring (I hear a lot of "Good job on picking the ring!" when people see it). I hope you are keeping well.

Hey Sheerah! I did have a great christmas and new year and I did in fact propose! After Christmas my fiance and I took a trip to niagara falls. I asked her to marry me there. She was soooo excited. She was really amazed about how much the diamond sparkled (she has no idea how much research I did to get a diamond like that haha). The next day she got compliments from random people who said that they love her ring and the way it sparkles. Thanks so much for your help Sheerah and I will be sure to call you when we are going to buy our wedding bands.

Hi Chris, I just wanted to let you know that I've finally got my diamond ring!!!! The diamond from Whiteflash is amazing! It sparkles like mad and all of the people I have shown it to so far have all said that they've never seen a diamond like that before! It's a beautiful work of art. I'm incredibly happy with the ring design by Leon as well, he did a great job on it. I tried to take pics with my digital camera but failed miserably, so I've attached Leon's picture for you. I'll have to try outside in the sunlight for pictures, but I've got to find time when my girlfriend isn't around to see :) The picture is great, but it certainly doesn't show how lively the diamond is! This is my first diamond purchase, so I'm very nervous now! The first thing I did when I got home with it was to buy insurance lol! I've booked everything for the special day, and It's all a surprise her for and everything is going according to plan so far! Thanks Chris for all of your help and great service, Whiteflash and Leon Mege have really made this happen!

Hello Whileflash team, I got the ring yesterday and was very pleased with the result. It looks even better than I imagined it. I just wanted to thank all of you for making the process (from start to finish ) easy and enjoyable. I am looking forward to workingwith you in the future. Now the only thing left is asking the question, I just hope the way I ask will be as impressive as the ring.

Sheerah, Breanna and I are both very happy with the ring. It looks great! I gave it to her on New Year's eve under fireworks. She was totally surprised. The only issue is that it's a little too big and needs to be sized down either half or whole size. Can you guys resize it? If so, how much would it cost and how long would it take? Also, are there any advantages with going through Whiteflash versus having it done locally? We're looking at sending it off later this week.

Good morning! I just got back from the Fedex office so this is perfect timing. Please send my thanks to the entire staff (Alan, Bob, Vera, Joe, etc) for making this come together so perfectly and enjoyably as well. It is amazing how delicate the ring is in person, as opposed to the blown up pictures and CAD. :-) It also doesn't take much for those ACA melees to shoot fire everywhere. I am very happy with how the entire process played out and am equally pleased with the final result. The design and setting is definitely worthy of the mahenge spinel. I will be starting a new thread in SMTR and CS of PS to give thanks to everyone involved, PS and lots of your pictures will be posted. Time permitting, I plan to take my own bragging pictures too. LOL! Thank you again for making this happen.

Vera, Thanks for the answers! I'm really just a curious person at heart and always like to find these types of things out. I thought it would be important for the engagement ring as the main stone is a D in color and didn't want vastly different color stones right around/underneath it. I've really enjoyed those images Whiteflash has started to do and that's why I asked. Steph would be elated to get some of those pictures of her own ring! I know she loves Calla Lilies and pink(she always tells me "fuschia"). I am a photographer as a hobby so I can really appreciate the difficulty of capturing the jewelry in a image. So much of jewelry is the way it sparkles that it takes great talent to capture that beauty in a still image. That's so exciting to hear that our ring could be in the calendar! I love the calendar you sent with the wedding band, all your designs are truely stunning! Well, I should go venture off into the snow. Hopefully the roads and traffic aren't too bad! Thanks for all your help as always and no worries about having to send the rings in multiple times...you guys have great customer service and I greatly appreciate it.
