Hey Liza :) Wanted to just drop you a short mail to let you know that I have already received the diamond! It took awhile cuz of the snowstorms and my friend's flight out of the US had to be rescheduled to a later date. The diamond looks AWESOME. It's ever so sparkly, and I'm really proud of it! Heh. And I can't even spot any inclusions, no matter how hard I tried. I do think the brilliance of the diamond simply overpowers the feeble attempts to locate the feather! :P I wanna say a big thank you to you once again for making this possible. Rest assured that I will send you photos of the completed ring once that is done up. I'm currently trying to make my sapphire purchases on Ebay, so once that is done, I can start working on the design proper. Hope you had a wonderful break this Christmas! MERRY CHRISTMAS! :)

Debi, Thank you for your amazingly fast response. Vera emailed me today and it just seems like a missed timing issue on the check being requested / printed and the package being shipped. I have to say I am completely in awe of you and your teams customer service. Having worked in various levels of IT support for the last 10 years I can truly appreciate the knowledge, level of professionalism, and response time of your entire team. Your customer support model is one that should be striven for in any business. In regard to the actually e-ring, it is even more impressive in real life than in the excellent pictures that I was provided prior to its arrival. Hi again everyone, The proposal went off today without a hitch. She had no idea I was going to propose as she was expecting spring at the very earliest. I managed to coordinate the shipping and sneak out and get the ring from FedEx like a ninja. :) She absolutely adores the ring and she cried when she saw it. Additonally, I am concerned she may get into a car accident because she stares at it so much. But don't worry I'll be driving the next few days until she stops staring at it long enough to pay attention to the road. Thank you Traci, Vera, Joe and Becca for all your help in this process. As Susan so aptly put it, her ring is "perfect" for lack of a better word. Is there a word beyond perfection? I certainly believe if there is you guys have achieved it. Funny story though. I was so intent on picking up the ring 12/22/09 that I was at the Federal Express site before I even got the phone call. In fact, the phone call to tell me my package had arrived came while I was driving back with the ring! I'm just too fast I guess. :) The calendar included with the whole package was great. So many beautiful jewelry pieces for every month of the year. Susan is already talking about how she needs a matching wedding band. I have no doubt in my mind that you will hear from me again soon. Hi Liza, The diamond is amazing! The WF ACA stood its ground against the HOF diamond! Its overall performance was as good or better when compared to it. The sales lady actually went to go talk to her manager about lowering the price of the HOF once she found out the price that I bought the WF ACA at but the manager couldn't because the price HOF holds them to. Overall, I have no regret purchasing the diamond from WF and am glad that I got to work with such nice and accommodating people. Thanks again for all of your help!
