Hello Liza, Yes, I was able to pick up the ring. Of course it looked wonderful as expected. I think the thing I appreciated the most was that you were able to get it here on Wednesday for me instead of Thursday. That made a huge difference. The communication between you guys and me was great. Emails from the photographer, operations, you, etc. It was nice everyone doing their part and keeping me informed. I was never left wondering what was up. I think the only think I might have done different was to talk more with you when I was deciding on the diamond. That is my fault though. I pretty much did it all on my own. However, I'm very happy with my selection, but how can you go wrong with a ACA diamond.

Traci, The setting is gorgeous, you guys did a great job. Everyone compliments it all the time. I think we will be having issues finding a wedding band that will look good with it though...

Hi Vera! Sorry for the delayed response, I've been out of the office on a much needed vacation. Julie and I haven't set an official date yet but we are thinking summer (probably August) of next year. Julie loves her ring and she gets compliments on it all the time. In fact that weekend I proposed in the mountains as we were sitting around the fire with her family her sister said "geez Julie, your bling is blinding me!".... That made me feel just as good as Julie did because I realized that I made a good choice. The fact that you took the time to follow up with us is so cool! Hi Sheerah, I just wanted to say thank you so much for helping me pick out the perfect engagment ring. I picked it up the other night and couldn't believe the sparkle and fire coming off it as soon as I opened the box. I had been a little concerned about the J color but unless looking at it closely and from the side you can barely notice the color, and face up all you notice are the blinding colors of light coming off the thing. The quality of the setting is also amazing and I'm so glad I switched to the Tifffany Knife Edge. You all did a great job and the ring looks just amazing. I can't wait for my girlfriend to see it. I'm sure she's going to love it.
