Hi Jamie, I can’t believe you went on vacation and didn’t tell me, I had no one to answer my stupid questions. You probably needed the vacation from me!!! I’m glad you’re back. I found the ring to be absolutely gorgeous!!!! Much more than I had ever hoped, you were right on!!!!!!!!!! I presented Tracy the ring on Friday evening before she went to her book club, I thought she would enjoy showing all her friends there, she only sees them once a month, and she did. She didn’t believe it was real, I had to tell her like 10 times and show her the certificates. LOL She has never seen diamonds sparkle so much, nor have I. She loves it!!! I could not be happier, thank you Jamie! She is now talking with her left hand, waving it everywhere.LOL She wanted to know how I purchased it with her not having a clue and I told her all about you and that I had been working on it about 2 months, she couldn’t believe it. Whiteflash has so many gorgeous new rings on the website. Your designers have been busy! I’m glad that I am really satisfied with my ring or I would seriously be checking out those new sets. My husband was considering a 6-12 month assignment in Houston (he’s a chemical engineer). I could come along with him and be an intern at Whiteflash. You wouldn’t have to pay me or anything. I’ll be your official sparkle tester. You can just sit me in a corner somewhere with a bunch of rings and I’ll check them to make sure they sparkle like they’re supposed to. Sounds like a plan to me.

Hi Celina, I just wanted to drop you a note and say thank you for all you did for me during the diamond buying process. First of all, I am so very happy with the Cut Above diamond that I chose. At the jewelers yesterday, as I was dropping off the diamond to get it set, I finally saw what you were talking about, and how amazing it was compared to all the other diamonds in their case - the lady helping me was very impressed too! I can't wait to pick it up next week. Second, thank you so much for your patience with my distress and how often I changed my mind. It wasn't until that night that I realized why I was having such a hard time choosing and getting so emotional - it wasn't about the diamonds at all, they were beautiful - but they didn't look like my original diamond; and putting them on felt like putting on someone else's ring, and the grief of losing mine was hitting me; putting on another ring made its loss seem so much more real. So, I just really appreciate how kind you all were. I know I will have just as many years of wonderful memories attached to this new one. And if I ever do decide to upgrade, you will be the first one I call. :)
