Hi Renee, Sorry...I mean't to get back to you sooner than this. I love the setting! I got my diamond set in it while I was in Fairbanks that week and proposed to my fiancee that Saturday night - she was overjoyed with the ring....but I always knew she'd like it! Thanks for enquiring... I was wondering if there were any waranty details I should have got with the package (none included), since you did say D'vatche have a lifetime repair warranty on the ring - can you let me know about this? Also, the gold seems to scratch fairly easily, and I was wondering whether a ring can be ""buffed"" periodically to bring back its shine? Do you know? Well I did want to thank you so much for your help in getting the setting...I'm very happy with it and it far surpasses the other ""failure rings"" I had to return to other companys.

Working with and buying my fiancé's engagement ring from Whiteflash was a fantastic experience.

Whiteflash carries a huge selection of ring styles way more than my local high end jeweler.

This place is truly awesome in terms of customer service, finding the right diamond and/or ring, and prices that make sense. First customer service is phenomenal I asked if a specific date is possible and they delivered as asked for and communicated with progress the whole way, they really have an unbeatable trade in policy along with a huge selection of ring types and styles way more than my local high end jeweler. Lastly, prices that make sense where you have an idea how much the type of diamond costs but not trying to sell a premium for a brand or this is more "sparkly" so it is 3x cost. "A path opens to those who are honest." Brittany and America are fantastic!
