I had ordered a diamond engagement ring from Whiteflash in December and have been completely satisfied with my Whiteflash experience. I would consider myself a very demanding customer and have very little patience for anything less than excellent customer service paired with a high quality product: I can sincerely vouch that Whiteflash exceeded my expectations in every regard.
I dealt with a great diamond consultant who understood that I had a short timeline to source a diamond that was not as easy to find as some. He worked within my demands, my budget, and my timeline to produce exactly what I wanted. He responded to every email and phone call quickly and answered every question fully.
Even if I was a little nervous ordering from Whiteflash at first, after a couple of conversations with my consultant, and having received his candid opinion of the diamonds we were looking at, I did not hesitate for a moment when it came to sending a significant wire transfer to them.
The order processing department handled the accounting end of my transaction and watched closely for my wire transfer to ensure that there were no delays; and the accounting department quickly sent me a refund when I accidentally sent an overpayment.
My customer service contact did a very impressive job addressing all of my questions and concerns. She understood I was on a tight timeline and that my order needed to arrive as soon as possible. Even though I didn't think it was possible for them to deliver on time, she assured me that they could do it and the package arrived right as scheduled and even better than I expected.
I am certain that the Logistics Manager in Whiteflash's shipping department is one of the most valuable people in their operation. He went above and beyond to get my package to me quickly and to ensure it cleared customs without delay-- I had the opportunity to exchange a few emails with him and there was never a hiccup in his professionalism or helpfulness.
I will add that there was a very slight defect in my order-- a diamond was set slightly off in the channel of the band. I contacted the customer service rep to explain the situation and she immediately arranged for return of the ring to Whiteflash. The problem was corrected and the ring was back in my hands within days--all during the Christmas season. Once again the logistics manager was in touch with me regarding the tight shipping timeline, and the package was through customs and back in my hands overnight.
Despite the small glitch with the setting of the stone, the manner in which the problem was handled speaks volumes and underlines how concerned Whiteflash is with customer satisfaction, long after they've received my payment and have sent the product out the door.
Based on my experience with Whiteflash, I trust them 100% with the wedding band order I am currently working with them on; and, I have no doubt that they will be the first place I go to for future needs.
