I started out with a pair of diamonds, found they weren't what I wanted in size and then my diamond consultant helped me hunt down a match to an existing stone. When they found one, They facilitated the mailing of my stone to them in Texas. I am in CA, and set both stones without any fuss. I had many questions and they were all very patient is explaining everything, from the process to the appropriateness of the matching stone itself. I relied on my diamond consultant to not only find the match but to make sure it did match when she received my stone in the mail. They to recast the settings to a larger one and got everything back to me ahead of schedule, all the while keeping me informed of the progress. I could not have asked for more. I am already planning my next project with them. Going with Whiteflash is the best decision I could have made. I would recommend them to anyone without reservation!
