I will also throw in that the "diamond buying process" is more than overwhelming and I had ultimately made the decision to base my purchase on quality and customer service. Quality is something that is easily defined when it comes to diamonds, customer service is not. The entire Whiteflash team was helpful and polite, and although some might say "they are supposed to be nice....its their job", I don't agree. Everyone went the extra mile which brought a sense of relief to an otherwise overwhelming process.
