While I will hold my final praise for the ring, I've gotta say you've made this easy, quick and relatively painless. The real measure of how an organisation like yourselves performs is not in the big, dramatic, long-winded, problematic jobs but the ease with which you do quick, first-time jobs like this one. Maybe I'm just sick of London ""customer service"" (heavily quote-unquote) but has made a big moment a lot easier. Cheers.
