Beyond Beautiful
My son-in-law picked up the ring tonight and gave it to my daughter. We were both a little nervous about her response.
My daughter opened the ring box and screamed out loud "several times" then called me to say how perfect, how beautiful. She is ecstatic and cannot believe how beautiful and perfect this ring is for her. She is beyond happy. She said that the 7 stone verses the 5 stone might not be a big difference to me but to her the 7 stone is everything she ever wanted.
My only sadness was that I didn't see this ring the first time around. On the other hand this just goes to show all of us that she has the ring that was meant for her. Thank you, Whiteflash Team for all your help and understanding with the exchange.

Worth going with the best - Whiteflash!
I did some research finding the perfect stone/diamond ring. However, I was still a bit nervous buying and paying for such an expensive ring over the internet. Whiteflash was very helpful and knowledgeable every time I spoke with them. My ring itself was beyond my expectations. It is the most beautiful stone I have seen and the price is amazing compared to anything you can find retail. It is a once in a lifetime purchase so it is worth going with the best, that is definitely Whiteflash :)

Extremely safisfied!
I was able to pick up my engagement ring yesterday at the FedEx office. It looks absolutely fantastic. I would once again like to thank you all for all your help throughout the process. I was very indecisive about choosing the perfect stone and setting for my budget but after seeing the ring, I am extremely satisfied. Whiteflash - you were amazing!
Just wanted to write you a thank you letter for all of your help and patience with my purchase. The proposal went flawlessly, and she is absolutely in love with her ring and especially the ACA diamond. She is blown away by how much it sparkles. She even told me yesterday that she was in a restaurant with almost no light and it was STILL sparkling! We are going to get married at the very end of this year. Just wanted to let you know that you made the whole process so very easy, even when I had to take one diamond off reserve to reserve another. You were very available to me, and I really appreciate it. I think I still have about 30-40 emails we sent back and forth. So thanks again to Whiteflash, you were amazing, and I'll definitely let my friends know about you when they have engagement ring needs. My girlfriend has been hinting over the last year or so that she wanted to go ring shopping. I wasn't against this, but I always found an excuse not to go with her. It wasn't that I didn't want to get her a ring, it was just something I didn't know much about and figured I could just go to a jewelry store someday and pick one out. I figured the people that worked there would guide me in the right direction... well let me tell you this, I am so glad I made myself research diamonds, the 4 C's, jewelry, metal types, styles, prices, etc.
I remember the very first jewelry store I went to, it was a chain store and not knowing anything about jewelry everything they told me sounded great. I am glad they wouldn't haggle with me on price that day because I was ready to buy for a certain price. After this, I went home and got to work researching the heck out of things. This is how I came across Whiteflash. I was very hesitant at first about even considering buying something so expensive online. I contacted WF and got a very quick response. I quickly learned how helpful and knowledgeable the employees were. They answered a ton of questions back and forth through email and phone before they even really knew I was looking to buy right away. Not once did they come across to me that I was bothering them or annoying them. They looked into a ton of diamonds and settings for me and told me their thoughts on if they were something worth pursuing or not.
Once I decided what I wanted and after a lot of questions and research I made a deal with WF on a great in house expert selection diamond (VS1, round, Ideal cut, and Elena e-ring/w-ring).
I did go to a couple more local jewelers before the purchase just to make sure, and I couldn't even come close to getting the same quality of diamond or even an e-ring for anywhere close to the same money. I was also able to know and understand much more what they were talking about and pick up on their sales pitches trying to get me to spend just as much or more money on a lot lesser quality settings and diamonds compared to what WF has to offer.
WF finished the ring and had it shipped in the exact time frame they said they would when I bought it. It was pretty much all hassle free. The only thing (which is on me not WF) was doing a wire transfer which I had never done. It actually is a pretty simple process. My bank even sent about $60 extra to WF (bad communication between me and bank employee) and I emailed WF right away and they sent me a check refunding the overpaid amount no questions asked.
I am the kind of guy that is always trying to get the "best bang for your buck" on everything, and by buying from WF I feel that I did.
I want to mention again how great the employees are at WF. Overall I had a great experience with WF and would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to anyone.

Great service.....AGAIN!
I recently made a very small custom order for my Whiteflash By the Yard necklace and as usual, I was treated wonderfully by everyone! I ordered a 2" chain extender with a jump ring in the middle so I now have the option to wear my necklace at 16, 17, or 18". Whether a purchase is large or very small, the service is impeccable!

Perfect experience with Whiteflash
Only having limited experience in purchasing diamonds and jewelry (my wife doesn't care that much!), I was apprehensive when trying to figure out the best way to find a 3-stone anniversary ring for our ten year anniversary. I found Whiteflash, and I was set up with the perfect combination of stones and setting. My diamond consultant worked with me (and all my questions) until we had everything perfect. My diamond consultant helped me from start to finish with great advice, diamond images, engraving, etc. The ACA diamond with platinum 6-prong solitaire setting arrived a week ago and is absolutely stunning.
