Amazing Job!
I don’t know how your team did it but you guys did an amazing job! My fiancé is a true perfectionist, I know dealing with him requires a lot of patience and efforts to keep him satisfy but your team did it. We are both extremely happy about your professional customer service and of course, the rings! There are no words to describe how beautiful they are and every time I look at them they are on FIRE! We got engaged last weekend in Las Vegas inside the Eiffel Tower Restaurant, it was very romantic and the engagement ring just sparkles throughout the night. I can’t wait to wear both rings together!

Absolutely Enamored!
We got engaged just before Christmas and she is absolutely enamored with the ring. I knew it was gonna be a hit but honestly not as much as it has been. She just continually comments on how much she likes it and can''''t stop staring at it - everybody she shows it to is impressed (and more than a few complain afterward that their own diamond doesn''t sparkle enough :-))
She is thinking of using my great-aunt''''s wedding ring but if she doesn''''t I think we will be in touch at some point closer to the date.

Wife is delighted with the earrings!
I was able to pick up earrings on time for the event and my wife was absolutely delighted. They were even better than we had hoped for. Thank you for taking me through the process and helping to work through all the details, you were just fantastic. The bad news is that I do not buy all that much jewelry, but the good news is that you will be my first call next time I do.

Amazing Team - Wonderful Experience
I am so excited and thankful to the Whiteflash staff. The whole Whiteflash experience has been amazing, from the first phone call, to these pictures I just received. I can not wait to pick it up at the FedEx location when it arrives. I really felt at ease purchasing my replacement engagement ring from your company. Seriously from the first phone call, I felt like everyone envolved in my purchase was trying to help me pick the best quality diamond for our budget. I did not feel like anyone was trying to "sell me" at anytime, and after the first phone call, my husband and I knew we have made the right choice purchasing from Whiteflash. The communication regarding the where abouts of the transaction was great. Even though it took a month to complete this transaction, this has been one very exciting month for me. What an amazing team you guys have! Not to rush my time with this ring, but I am really looking forward to the Lifetime Trade up in the future!

I picked up the ring on saturday and I must say I am truly happy and impressed! Can''''t wait to propose and see my soon to be finacee reaction.
I want to thank everyone from the Whiteflash team for their guidance and help throughout the process. Eventhough I could not see the ring in person I felt like could be trusting and I am glad I did. I have not seen a ring of this quality from local jewelers unless they are extremely expensive and I believe I got the best bang for my buck.

Fantastic Experience - Great Service
My ring arrived on Friday morning, thanks for the quick, on-time delivery. Your email system with the Fedex tracking attachment is fantastic and it was great to see my ring travelling half-way across the world!
My fiancé to be loves the ring, as do I. I haven’t popped the question yet as I am just waiting on my local jeweller to get it checked over and appraised so I can get insurance for it (it is covered by their insurance while in their possession by the way J) They have a minimum 2 week wait at the moment which is a bit of a pain as I can’t wait to ask my fiancé to be and have her wear it around.
The ring looks amazing and it is exactly what we wanted. I love the finish of it and the centre stone is incredible and I love the way the setting lets you see the centre stone in all its glory J The sidestones look fantastic too and are a great match.
Thanks so much to the Whiteflash team for all your efforts during my experience from diamond purchase, arrangement of payment all the way through to the ring design and shipping. It has been a fantastic experience and your great service has been the key reason for getting the ring completed with you. I had originally intended to just get the loose diamond and have it set by a local jeweller, however the service I received was nowhere near as good as Whiteflash and meant that I was happy to pay a bit extra for the ring than I was quoted here.
Customer service can never be underestimated, especially for a purchase such as this. It was really good that you were prepared to contact me on the phone to answer my queries and concerns (which turned out to not be concerns at all!). I cannot fault the entire experience and will be happy to recommend anyone I know who may be interested in your products.
