We LOVE the ring!
This is Ty...yes we picked up the ring and everything went smoothly. I didn''''''''t open the package until yesterday because I knew I would end up giving her the ring early; which I ended up doing later that night. I picked up the ring yesterday morning and it’s hard for me to find words to describe how beautiful it is!!! Thank you very much for the excellent service and the amazing final product. While I embarked on a quest to find the perfect diamond for my now fiancé, I first visited local jewelry stores as many would to get an idea of what was out there. My initial experience was disappointing as the sales persons usually would spend less talking about the intricacies of the diamond and the ring but more on how their store offer an affordable payment plan, free cleaning and resizing. Not to mention the shocking sticker prices. I resulted to doing further research online to educate myself on diamond grading and stumbled upon Whitelflash. At first I did not even consider purchasing something as expensive online but from all the reassurance from reputable forums like, Pricescope, made me a believer. Not only Whiteflash offered me a much better diamond but at literally thousands less than what I would have paid at the local stores. Their customer service is second to none. The countless hours I have spent with the sales team was worth it after I received the perfect ring for my fiancé, a 0.85 ct AGS000 VS1 F Princess set in a platinum Legato Sleek Line setting. She absolutely loved it and couldn’t keep her eyes off it until now. She has also received dozens of compliments and even stares from jewelry stores. Love my Earrings!
I got the studs and they are white and sparkly as I wanted them. I enjoyed seeing the hearts & arrowes with the loupe. The 4 prong 18 kt white gold setting is very well made. I love my earrings!

Malaysian Purchase
I purchased a diamond ring from Whiteflash over the Christmas period 2010. After looking through very websites, I concluded that the Whiteflash website gave the most information and I selected one of their "A Cut Above" Hearts and Arrows range mounted in a platinum ring.
Being in a Malaysia a country so far away from the US, the entire process was very smooth. I received the ring on the exact day that was estimated by DHL. It was wonderfully packed with all the documentation.
Whiteflash was excellent throughout throughout the purchase and I will not hesistate to recommend their services.
