Unbelievable Service!
I began to get serious about buying an engagement ring about 5 months ago, and knew that I wanted to explore online vendors because of the great selection and great prices. Once I discovered that Whiteflash was a reputable company that was based in Houston, where I live, I decided to contact them.
After exchanging a few emails with Whiteflash, I decided to come in for an initial appointment to really educate myself about the process and meet them personally. I met with Bryan, and because of his expertise, the entire process couldnt have been easier. From that point, there was no question that I wanted to go through Whiteflash.
I continued to email Whiteflash to begin the diamond selection process, and probably ended up sending her over 30 diamonds from the virtual selection to help narrow them down. They did so and provided excellent recommendations along the way. I actually ended up selecting a square cushion "Hearts & Arrows" cut that she specifically recommended.
Shortly thereafter, I was ready to set the diamond, and again based on an earlier recommendation from Whiteflash I went with the Grace by Vatche (I had described the type of setting I wanted but had not previously seen the Grace on the site). Bryan showed me the Grace in person during one of my visits and that sealed the deal on the setting.
I proposed on December 23, and the ring was a "homerun". She was in awe at how "sparkly" the diamond was, and the setting was exactly what she wanted. The entire process was incredibly smooth and the customer service was unbelievable. I will absolutely be recommending Whiteflash to others, and will undoubtedly use them again in the future!

Exactly What I Wanted!
I arrived in Japan last night and gave her the engagement ring and she cried. She really loved the fit and the design of the ring. All she kept saying was "It is exactly what I wanted"!

It is THE RING!
I just got back and am trying hard to get over jetlag by sleeping many hours. Have not had a chance to take pictures of my new ring. I took a quick look in the dark (picked up after sundown). It looked gorgous, even better than my beloved U-prong ring. It fits perfectly and feels very comfortable. The diamonds sparkle madly. Everything is perfect. When I first laid my eyes on it, it sang to me. When I put it on, I knew it was THE RING.
Earlier next week when I have more time, I shall take photos and share with others.

Excellent Experience!
First, buying something so expensive that relies on appearance, on-line, with only a picture goes against logic. However, after taking time to educate myself to the diamond world and ask some questions to Whiteflash, I was able to purchase an absolutely beautiful diamond ring for my wife. I has initially decided on carat weight but ended up downsizing a bit to obtain an ideal cut that scored zero’s in light performance etc. This was a good move because the diamond lights up like a fireball and thus, gives the appearance of being larger (back to square one with better quality!).
The Process: After talking with Whtieflash, I received a confirmation email with the invoice attached for my approval. It was correct and I sent it back. A few hours later I received another email giving me instructions as to how to wire the money and complete the transaction. I also noticed that the status of my diamond went from “available” to “reserved”. (Good sign). I went to the bank, wired the money late that afternoon. By lunch the next day, Whiteflash had emailed me that the money had been received and that the ring was going into production. Further, the web page for my diamond changed to “sold” – more good signs. A few days later I get another email with pictures of my completed ring and another email detailing Fed-Ex shipping which made the trip from Texas to Georgia in about 16 hours. The box was triple-packed and contained all the information promised, including an unbelievable ring.
In summary, Whiteflash made this experience flawless. I cannot imagine going back to an upscale jeweler because of the perceived higher quality diamonds and personalized attention. This is not necessarily the case because the diamonds have serial numbers engraved on the girdles and as Whiteflash pointed out, you can go to the AGS website and plug in the serial number and verify the diamonds report. So, it’s about the diamond, not the store. As far as personalized attention, I had better access to Whiteflash via email than I would trying to catch a salesperson at a local jeweler. Two final points. First, my wife’s ring size is a 3.5 which is difficult to fit. Not for Whiteflash, it fit perfectly. Second, I saved by my estimation approximately $2,200 by dealing with Whiteflash over comparable rings at premium jewelers. I highly recommend these guys and appreciate their well orchestrated process and delivery of the ring.

The ring from Whiteflash is amazing! What a wonderful experience from beginning to end. From my first call to Whiteflash about a year ago just throwing ideas around for a custom design to my lengthy web meetings discussing the entire design proces...s was so stress free and just plain fun! When the final CAD was completed I couldn''''''''t wait to see the finished product and give it to the love of my life! Whiteflash you are truly an artist!
