    Living in the heart of Manhattan means I am walking distance from New York’s famed Diamond District and the flagship stores of Tiffany, Cartier and the rest. Over the course of several months I visited every single one of them to gaze at and consider countless engagement rings, and learn from dozens of jewelry consultants and salesmen. I compared all of this “field” research to what I was finding online and advice from trusted friends who have been through the process. At the end of my journey, the only place I felt comfortable buying a diamond was at Whiteflash. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me. I knew what I wanted, which is a large part of the battle, and Traci helped me get it. She even provided me with an artist’s rendering/photo-shop image of a custom setting I was curious about, before I had even purchased the center stone. I loved receiving the high-resolution photos of the diamond I selected before it was shipped, and Bob, Whiteflash’s experienced gemologist, talked me through what I should look for in those images. When I finally did put my order through, the shipping process was seamless and it arrived discreetly packaged. I was still nervous when I opened the package, but when I finally saw that stone, all my fears evaporated and I was completely blown away. It is immensely more brilliant in person than in the photos and most importantly, my fiancée could not be happier. We both cannot stop looking at it! If you are reading this and are at the beginning, middle or even end of your engagement ring journey, save yourself some time and stress and just go straight to Whiteflash.

  • Good News on the Horizon!

    I picked up the ring this afternoon and just now took a look. It looks absolutely amazing - the setting looks even more delicate than I thought would be possible and the diamond looks fantastic! I got the go ahead from her father tonight so I expect there should be some good news on the horizon sometime soon. Once again it looks fantastic - job well done!

  • Icy and Sparkly!

    So, I gave her the ring on Saturday and we are officially engaged. She loves it! I do too, seeing it out and being worn in a variety of different lights it really is a gorgeous ring, and 1.2 ct is certainly not too small. It''s just so icy and sparkly, she has to hide it from my view while I''m driving or I''ll keep looking at it instead of the road. So, thank you again for all your help. We will probably be in touch when it is time to pick out wedding bands. thanks again.

  • Sparkles Insanely!

    I just picked up my ring and OMGosh!!!!!!  I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!!!!  It''''s ridiculously huge but still looks dainty and is better than I ever imagined!  It was definately worth the wait.  It sparkles insanely when the sunlight hits it!!! The inside of my SUV just lit up!! I was nervous about how my wedding bands would look but I love the gaps!! :-) It is such a beautiful wedding set. I couldn''''t wait to see it so I opened it right at the fedex location and the fedex lady couldn''''t get over how beautiful and sparkly it is. She said she''''s never seen anything like it and asked me "Where did you get it? I have to write it down!!" So I gave Whiteflash a little plug. :-) I''''ve upgraded my ring 3 times now and also purchased my wedding bands and my husbands diamond from you. Whiteflash has come through for me once again. I am one happy customer!!! Thank you so much for being patient with me. I know I can be a little difficult at times but it was an exciting and a nerve wrecking experience at the same time and I had to make sure everything was perfect! And it is....   • I felt like I was in an Actual Store!

    Shopping online has never felt so safe, it was truly a remarkable experience. Sheerah was amazing to work with to the point where I felt like I was in an actual store. Everything was made convenient for me because we were able to do a lot of it through email and calls were only made when everything was finalized. Even when I originally messed up and put the wrong diamond on hold it was easy to remedy and Whiteflash never made me feel bad about it at all. I would recommend shopping here for anyone looking for diamonds for great quality and customer service. If only all stores were like this!
