Beautifully Crafted
I wanted to write a letter of appreciation to Whiteflash. My fiancé and I ordered a three row domed pave engagement ring from your company in September. It is such a beautifully crafted ring and we were so pleased when it arrived. I am complimented on the ring on a daily basis and when I take it in to get cleaned, the jewelers won’t stop raving about it! It is a beautiful piece that I absolutely love and will cherish forever. We waited a little too long to buy the matching band and when I went online to order it about two months ago, it was no longer available. I was absolutely devastated. I wrote an email that Friday night requesting information on the discontinued ring and also attempted calling and your business was closed for the weekend. I had first discovered the ring after searching for over a year for the perfect engagement/band set and I knew that there wasn''t another ring out there like this one. I was so distraught thinking that I would have to settle for something different and sub par, that I worried about it the whole weekend. I was ecstatic when I received an email response on that Monday morning saying that would find out if I could special order it, even though it was discontinued. I was so pleased to hear that I could make that special order for the matching band. I had email communication with Whiteflash during the whole process of getting my band ordered, paid for, and made. They even wrote me an email checking in with me and making sure I was pleased with the band after I had received it. The customer service and attention to detail that Whiteflash provided was fantastic and much appreciated. Good customer service seems to be hard to come by and I don’t think that other companies have such a high standard. Your employees have been phenomenal to work with and I have appreciated their endless assistance and kindness. I have recommended your company to family and friends and will think of your company when I plan on buying any future jewelry. The Earrings are Simply Amazing.
I just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you and the Whiteflash team for your help with Saras 2.5 tcw diamond stud earrings. The earrings are simply amazing. The three prong martini setting are exactly what I wanted and she is just thrilled. The ACA stones sparkle from a mile away and she cant go anywhere without getting compliments.
I cant believe its been over 3 years since I bought my Saras engagement ring from you. The whole ring buying experience was so difficult and frustrating for me before I found you and Whiteflash via Pricescope.com. I recall going to so many "high end'' stores and not finding settings that i liked or stones of the quality and size that I wanted on hand. Diamond = Absolute Keeper!
The diamond is an absolute keeper! It faces up whiter than I expected. It’s gorgeous. My pendant diamond is a J and even though it’s only one color grade up, it looks much whiter to me and we’re thrilled!

Anyway, here are a few pictures of me and Jacquelyn. The one of me in the green shirt and her in yellow is a picture she took about 3 minutes before I asked her. I thought she knew it was coming but after, she told me it was a complete surprise! Thank you so much for all of your help, you did such an awesome job in keeping me updated and informed on the entire process. I have never purchased something of this magnitude on the internet and I was a bit hesitant, but everyone put me a ease. Hopefully in the near future I will be doing more business with you. Really Wowed!
The diamond looks wonderful. I was really wowed by it when I first opened the box. It is much more beautiful than almost anything they showed me at my local store. That, along with the price advantage, and dealing only with a well-educated, non-pushy salesperson (that''s you) makes me very happy with my decision to buy from Whiteflash. I also was impressed by the box it came in, the tools and materials with it, and the presentation of everything. You guys also did a great job of packaging everything. There''s no question the stone was safe on its way here. I haven''t gotten the setting yet, but I can''t wait to see it all put together. She''s going to love it.

I cannot thank everyone enough. To be honest, when I first saw the pictures, I admit my heart sank with extreme disappointment. The setting looked bulky, thick and there was no fluidity at all. I was depressed enough to consider not picking up the ring at all, but decided it wasn’t fair to everyone (myself included), especially since we worked on this together for almost 3 months. I am happy to report that all the negative thoughts flew out of my mind as soon as I opened the box and laid eyes on the ring. The setting is every bit as elegant, delicate and fluid as I’d originally envisioned, not to mention, the usual impeccable workmanship and super sparkly A CUT ABOVE Diamonds. I love this ring as much as the Mahenge setting you did for me earlier. Thank you again to the WF team!

Whiteflash Customer = Very Happy Camper
I wish my picture taking skills were as great as the WF photogs, but I tried. I LOVE the ring to be honest. I was a teensy bit concerned because of just the not knowing thing, but I am very, very happy!!! The half bezel makes my stone look huge, which is a great thing in my book. And I love the fact that I can see the profile of my stone as well as the culet from two sides. And as it turns out, the setting fits great with my wedding band. The Keystone was a great choice, so thanks for all your help and encouragement. I cannot stop staring at my ring and I don''t think I have done that since I got married three years ago. :-)
As for the earrings....WOW. They are huge and much bigger than I was expecting. This might be sacreligious for a Pricescope member, but I don''t think I will ever need to upgrade these earrings. The diamonds are gorgeous as are the bezel settings.
So all around I am a very happy camper.

The earrings -- just blew me away. I was dancing in my new place; you said I would. I see why your wife wears whatever you decide! What taste!!!! Gorgeous, spectacular, and I never have seen such beauties in my life! They are on my ears now; and almost all the time. The bracelet is just what I wanted; and I love it too. Jackpot!!! I suppose the other bracelets are nice too; but I can''t have it all.
