Truly Spectacular
I picked up the ring this morning and it''s truly spectacular. All of the viewing and cleaning accessories are a wonderful touch and even the ring box is beautiful. My most heartfelt thanks to you all for your hard work, fantastic service and patience. Bob, thank you for recommending the ACA diamond and explaining the difference. There is no question that it was the right choice. It''s a dreary, cloudy, rainy day here and even under the crummy fluorescent light in my office, the diamond is brilliant beyond my expectations. I can''t wait to see it in good light. The craftsmanship on the setting is nothing short of perfection. Becca, everyone loves the photos and sending them ahead of the ring is a fabulous service. It is so nice to have professional shots to send friends and family. Kellie, you really made the experience. It’s PERFECT!
The ring arrived last week while I was on vacation so I had to wait until Sunday to see it. Wow! All I can say is that it is stunning. It’s PERFECT! Exactly what I wanted. I can’t stop looking at it. I loved the pictures that you sent on the day of shipment, and I still haven’t worked my way through the pile of documents that came with the ring. The earrings are beautiful, too. My husband loves how they look on me!!

Great Experience
I just got home from picking it up and it is absolutely stunning! I am beyond thrilled with it, it is even more beautiful than I was expecting. I am glad I went with the F color, and the martini setting. It is perfect in every way. I am putting away all my other necklaces because I don''t think I''ll be wearing them again. Diamond looks Absolutely Incredible
The diamond looks absolutely incredible! I could not be happier with it! It was well worth waiting for it to come back from GIA, especially since I unfortunately am still waiting on the setting to come in. I don''t know how you all manage to sell such higher quality diamonds for less than the stores around here, but I appreciate it very much! I normally don''t dish out so much praise, but I have never had such a good experience with a retailer, even right from the beginning. Everything went Perfectly
Everything went perfectly... she loves the ring; she said it''s absolutely perfect and exactly what she wanted. I know she''s amazed how much it sparkles _everywhere_, and while she didn''t previously know about H&A, she thinks it''s the coolest thing. (Also, I got the size exactly right! :) )
Anyway, the rest of the story only gets better from there. Thursday, we flew into Fort Lauderdale and drove down to Key West, where I had booked a private sunset dinner cruise as a surprise for her. Not only that, but I flew in her best friend from college, who moved out to Oklahoma to be with her now husband (who was also there). My best friend came down as well, and the three of them got to Key West before us and hid on the boat. Once we got to the boat and drove over to the dinner spot, the captain pretended to take pictures of us while our friends snuck out of hiding and onto the top deck... so she was totally distracted by the pictures until she got a tap on the shoulder. She really couldn''t believe her eyes when she turned around and saw them all standing there... so when she finally managed to ask "what are you all doing here?", I responded "do you really want to know?" ... and, after a somewhat annoyed "yeeessss", I got down on one knee :D She was completely overwhelmed and could only nod (and stick out her hand!), but it was exactly the reaction I spent months planning for. We all got to spend the next couple of days down in the keys, which was just fantastic.

Proposed Friday evening after a homecooked candlelight dinner and it turned out absolutely amazing! She was completely surprised and shocked when I did it. She absolutely LOVES her ring and can''t stop looking at it or commenting on it. I cannot say Thank you enough for all your help regarding this.
