Absolutely Perfect!
I received my diamond studs and jackets, and they’re absolutely perfect! I couldn’t wait until the end of the day to pick them up, so I made a quick trip to Fedex at lunchtime. I opened the box in our cafeteria with several onlookers and I think all of us had the same reaction…all jaws dropped and there were lots of "oohs" and "aahhhs". They’re beautiful and super sparkly, and they look great with my Whiteflash halo bezel pendant. And I love the calendar! It’s hanging on my wall at work for everyone to see the wonderful Whiteflash creations. Thanks to the whole team for a wonderfully smooth transaction and my gorgeous earrings.

Terrific Service
First, let me say that this email is long overdue but I wanted to let you know about the terrific service that I received during my diamond buying process in December. I am a very detailed and discriminating shopper and I expect a great deal from my sales representatives. While looking for stones, I shopped at many other online merchants as well (Blue Nile, etc.) and I found that Whiteflash was by far the best partner that I had in this sales process among all other shops that I talked to. They were very helpful in providing me with thorough and prompt responses to my questions and she went above and beyond to ensure that I was going to find a beautiful stone that met all of my criteria.
I just proposed to my fiance last weekend and everyone loves the ring and the stone. I am very quick to promote my WhiteFlash experience to those who inquire and that is very much a credit to my experience partnering with Whiteflash for this purchase.

I Can’t Think of a Better Place to Buy a Diamond
Wow! I love my Whiteflash ring…It is everything that I wanted it to be for my sweetie! You spoke with me about 1 year ago and gave me some advice.
I ended up with a .36 D VVS1 with 6 prong white gold Tiffany setting. I may want to upgrade to a .5 at some point (D VVS1) if we need more firepower…but maybe not.
Whiteflash was great …professional, friendly, and helpful.
I will advertise for you every chance I get. I can’t think of a better place to buy a diamond.

I really love the ring, it is so wonderful that I cannot move my eyes on it. When I put it on, I don''''t want to take it off anymore.
But you know what, my husband and me registered here in US, however, the wedding will be hold in China in this June. In our tradition, I cannot wear the ring before the wedding ceremony. It is really painful to take the ring off. So I put it in my closet to avoid looking at it. Just waiting the wedding day and put it on. oh, gosh!

Impressed!
Everything worked out as planned!! She loves the ring but more importantly, she said YES. I made a really nice dinner for us at our apartment where I gave her the last of four letters that I wrote and gave her on different occasions in previous days. I thought she finished the letter by the time I proposed but later found out that I did it before she could finish the last paragraph.
I added a few picture that captured the key moments of the event.
Rachel really loves the ring. It has so much spark and fire, even someone that has no idea in anything relating to diamonds will be impressed. I want to thank you again for your dedicated service. It has been a pleasure working with you.
