Precious Gift
I had to write to tell you just how perfectly gorgeous this little diamond is. My mother is the one who turned me on to fine jewelry when I was young. Over the years we have spent countless hours in antique shops and jewelry stores...
It was amazing to see her so excited when she opened the paper - she has never owned a diamond in her life! She is mounting it in a ring that belonged to my grandmother, that will be passed down to me eventually, and hopefully to my own daughter some day.
My family is very grateful to you and to everyone at Whiteflash for helping me give this precious gift.

Shine and Glimmer
The ring is beautiful and most of all Rachel loves it. I don''t think I''ve ever seen anthing shine and glimmer like it does. Due to some last minute flight changes I couldn''t get it before we left so I picked it up Monday night when we got back. I used a silly subsitute ring that I bought on the cruise to propose to her earlier so it made the real ring seem extra beautiful.

The Diamond Looks AWESOME
Wanted to just drop you a short mail to let you know that I have already received the diamond! It took awhile cuz of the snowstorms and my friend''s flight out of the US had to be rescheduled to a later date.
The diamond looks AWESOME. It''s ever so sparkly, and I''m really proud of it! Heh. And I can''t even spot any inclusions, no matter how hard I tried. I do think the brilliance of the diamond simply overpowers the feeble attempts to locate the feather! :P
I wanna say a big thank you to you once again for making this possible. Rest assured that I will send you photos of the completed ring once that is done up. I''m currently trying to make my sapphire purchases on Ebay, so once that is done, I can start working on the design proper.

Beyond Perfection
The proposal went off today without a hitch. She had no idea I was going to propose as she was expecting spring at the very earliest. I managed to coordinate the shipping and sneak out and get the ring from FedEx like a ninja. :) She absolutely adores the ring and she cried when she saw it. Additonally, I am concerned she may get into a car accident because she stares at it so much. But don''t worry I''ll be driving the next few days until she stops staring at it long enough to pay attention to the road.
Thank you for all your help in this process. As Susan so aptly put it, her ring is "perfect" for lack of a better word. Is there a word beyond perfection? I certainly believe if there is you guys have achieved it.
Funny story though. I was so intent on picking up the ring 12/22/09 that I was at the Federal Express site before I even got the phone call. In fact, the phone call to tell me my package had arrived came while I was driving back with the ring! I''m just too fast I guess. :)
The calendar included with the whole package was great. So many beautiful jewelry pieces for every month of the year.
Susan is already talking about how she needs a matching wedding band. I have no doubt in my mind that you will hear from me again soon.

Ease and Confidence!
I just wanted to say thank you for all your help. I had a difficult time deciding if I was going to purchase a diamond online. As we all know, it is a great risk. However, whiteflash.com made it easy and gave me the confidence I needed to do so. This process of obtaining the right diamond and setting took me over two months. I checked with, in excess of, 20 online custom jewelry shops that included Adiamor.com, Bluenile.com, and Steindiamonds.com. You were the only company that got back to me on a continuous basis (50 Emails LaterJ). You were the only one that went the extra step to find what I was looking for and you did not stop until I was happy. Again, thank you and whiteflash.com for all your help.

Just Stunned!
I received the parcel yesterday, but have only be able to view it today.
I am stunned with how beautiful this ring is. The diamond is so white and crisp looking and I cannot believe the fire and scintillation from this stone. If I angle it just right I can see the arrows which just adds to the beauty of the stone.
It is perfectly eye clean as promised and even under a loupe I struggle to see the inclusions. The setting feels really substantial yet is suitably delicate and feminine. In fact I could see no difference to the original on which it is based.
The packaging and accessories add the finishing touch and I would have no hesitation in buying an ACA sight unseen again, or recommending your Company to friends or colleagues.
