Whiteflash is required to collect state sales tax (8.25%) on all orders shipped within Texas or picked up at our facility in Houston. We are not required to collect tax on orders shipped out of state. Customers outside of Texas are responsible for adhering to the statutes governing tax collection of the state in which they take delivery.
