Inside Edition/Wedding Channel Winter Proposal

WeddingChannel.com was interviewed on trend of proposal planners and found a groom to be who was willing to air on Inside Edition. When Bijou and Gabby headed to Hunter Mountain, she assumed it would be like every other weekend they spent there: great friends, great times, and great snow. Little did she know that Gabby had been planning an elaborate proposal with the help of Inside Edition, Destination Bride with Lisa Light, and Whiteflash.com

As the couple made their way up the mountain on the ski lift, signs are held up asking Bijou to prepare to say yes. She looks around, confused, and then amazed at such an orchestrated plan. She explains that she had no idea, "He did a perfect job. He never gave away any hints." As Bijou and Gabby ski off the lift, Gabby reveals what is underneath his ski gear -- a suit and a sparkling engagement ring! Bijou's beloved also hands her a beautiful bouquet of fresh florals designed by David Michael Schmidt from Renaissance Floral Design.

After, Bijou agrees with an excited "yes!" the twosome is ready to enjoy their engagement reception with their family and friends and eager for an understated, yet gorgeous fall wedding in Maine at the Spruce Point Inn. Why in the fall? Well, it's right before snowboarding season, of course!
