If I purchase my diamond and setting from Whiteflash how soon will I receive them?
If we have the diamond and setting in stock it will take 1-2 business days.
If we have the diamond but not the setting in stock we will be able to ship between 7-21 days from order date.
What are your policies for setting diamonds and related charges?

If a customer buys the diamond and setting from Whiteflash no additional setting charges apply.

If a customer buys a diamond from Whiteflash and sends in a setting purchased elsewhere there is a setting charge, providing the setting is of an acceptable standard. If adjustments need to be made to the setting to accommodate the diamond additional charges will apply.

If a customer buys a ready-made setting from Whiteflash and buys the diamond elsewhere we will either ship out the empty setting, or set the diamond for an additional charge (diamond must be insured by owner). This does not apply to simple 4 and 6 prong style settings which can only be purchased with a diamond from Whiteflash.

If a customer buys a setting from our line of Whiteflash Designs we require a diamond purchased elsewhere to be sent in to be set (diamond must be insured by owner) and a setting charge will apply.

If a customer commissions Whiteflash to create a custom design and the diamond has been purchased elsewhere the customer will need to send in the diamond to be set (diamond must be insured by owner) and a setting charge will apply.

If a customer buys a brand name setting from Whiteflash and we are an authorized setter for that brand we will set a diamond purchased elsewhere (diamond must be insured by owner) and a setting charge will apply.

In every instance we will evaluate the situation first: What is the quality of the diamond? What is the condition of the diamond? If we feel it’s dangerous to set we will not set it.

Damage to a stone during the setting process, while extremely rare, is a remote possibility. We accept responsibility for diamonds & gemstones purchased through Whiteflash when being set at Whiteflash. We are not liable for damage to diamonds & gemstones purchased elsewhere. It is the owner's responsibility to secure insurance against damage, if desired, prior to setting.
Who pays for shipping and insurance in a mixed situation?
All WF prices include one FEDEX priority overnight shipment inside the USA and Canada. However if the diamond or setting was not purchased from WF the customer is charged for the insurance portion of the FEDEX shipping costs of that diamond or setting.
