You have a 10-day inspection
period, starting from the day the shipment arrives at your FedEx station.

At any time during the 10-day
inspection period, you can return your purchase to Whiteflash for a full refund
less original shipping/insurance.

Call Whiteflash at
1-877-612-6770 for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and Return Shipping
details.

Send us your undamaged purchase
not later than the 11th day after receipt.

If your purchase is in its
original condition, we will mail you a company check for the sum of the refund.

If your purchase is found to be
damaged, you will receive a certified copy of the independent laboratory
certification document as an attachment to any damage claim made by
Whiteflash.com, Inc.
Refunds

We offer 100% money back
guarantee on all diamonds and standard settings and 80% on all designer and
semi-custom rings returned in its original condition with RAN less original
shipping.

All custom work and special
orders cannot be returned for a refund unless there is an error by Whiteflash .
All shipping charges are refunded when there is an error by Whiteflash.

No jewelry can be accepted for
refund if Whiteflash security tag has been removed or if there is any evidence
of damage.

If the original diamond grading
report is mislaid or lost, there will be $200 replacement fee deducted from the
refund.
Return Instructions

As soon as we receive an e-mail
or phone return request, we will give you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN).

Pack your purchase with all the
original materials into a shipping box. Review that it is all there.

Clearly mark on the box our
address and the RAN.

Ship the product via
United States Postal Service only, registered and insured for
the full amount of the purchase to the following address:
