Service was of the highest quality!
After months of research, all stars pointed to Whiteflash as a reputable and quality diamond and ring provider. Service was also top notch - after choosing a diamond, I was after a semi-customized ring which Traci assured me would be looked after. A short time later, the diamond was set in the customized ring, and it was perfect as could be. Shipping to an alternate address and contact was also handled without a fuss and the follow through by Traci throughout ENTIRE process was service of highest quality. Communication was two ways and Traci always called and emailed to check if I had any questions and to inform me of where things were.
Needless to say, on a cold windy night @ Victoria Peak, Hong Kong, my fiance saw the ring and said yes with tears saying the rest.

Excellent customer service and brilliant diamonds!
My Whiteflash online shopping experience was superb! From the time I started narrowing down my ideas to my final decision on a new wedding ring, their diamond consultants were amazing in providing suggestions, and even took photographs of e-rings and wedding rings together that I was considering. Their customer service is really top notch, which you would expect in store at a high-end jewelry store--it is hard to find online, though!
They have a great selection of items and a lot of variety in styles. I believe they make a lot of their rings based on order, but the turnaround was very quick. Once I made my purchase, several people from Whiteflash communicated with me---providing beautiful photographs of my actual ring when it was completed (yeah!), verifying funds went through, and providing estimated and then actual shipping dates. When the ring arrived, it literally took my breath away--the quality of the diamonds in the 7-stone shared prong platinum band and the metal workmanship is amazing! It feels like a good substantial ring, while still being quite feminine and not overdone.
Their website, too, really reassured me that I was purchasing a high-quality product--the photographs make such a difference in comfort level--you can see the quality and clarity of the diamonds and finish very clearly, unlike some other websites. They also provide several views, which is helpful. Only thing is that they could provide more stats/specs on the height of their rings, but they probably would give them to you if you asked for those stats.
I've gotten so many compliments on the ring and how sparkly it is...even a friend in the jewelry business mentioned how high quality the diamonds look--very well cut. The quality and experience rival Tiffany's--but at a fraction of the price! Wonderful experience and will shop here again.

Lighthouse Proposal
It was the 21st of August 2011. My girlfriend Leah and I were traveling through the Bahamas, seeing the sights and tasting new foods. We were on Abaco Island at a bar/restaurant trying to decide what to do. When we asked the waitress she told us about Hope Island with its pink sand beaches and a candy striped lighthouse. We decided to take the ferry the next day to Hope Island and spend the day on this picturesque little island. When I heard about the lighthouse a little light turned on in my head and I knew that was the place! I started planning how I was going to ask her in my head all night and decided it was best to get there early to avoid too many people being around.
The first stop for the ferry was the lighthouse and to our surprise and my luck, we were the only ones there! As we walked up to the lighthouse my nerves were going crazy but I had to keep my cool so she didn't suspect anything. We spiraled up the steep staircase to the top of the lighthouse. After enjoying the view for a few moments Leah wanted to head down but I asked her to wait for a minute and sit down, haha straight away she knew something was up so I didn't hesitate. I knelt down on one with a lovely little cherrywood box in my hand and said 'Leah, would you do me the honor of becoming my wife.' Then I opened the box and all I heard was Waaaah Oh my GOD! After she got over the ring she eventually said YES! I took the ring out of it's box and slipped it on her finger, it fit perfectly.
So I would like to thank you and the Whiteflash team for helping me to make that day so special to me and especially Leah.

Thank you so much for sending the pictures! The ring looks stunning--I really hope it works for us! By the way, I think your photography, especially with the flowers, is absolutely beautiful. (I'm a very amateur photographer/photography enthusiast!) It really makes a difference when buying a high-end item to be able to see such detail and clarity, while adding your artistry, as well. It has made my time perusing through settings much more enjoyable and one of the reasons I chose Whiteflash.

Ring looks amazing.....Recommending Whiteflash!
I wanted to thank you again for working with me so closely on my girlfriend's engagement ring. Last night was my first opportunity to see it in person and it looks absolutely amazing! My girlfriend will get to see it for the first time this Friday, and I can't wait to see her reaction. I should be in touch soon about the wedding band.

I picked up the rings earlier this afternoon and everything looks great. The rings are exactly what I have come to expect from Whiteflash. My fiancee tried her's on and loves it and mine is exactly what I wanted. Thank you for such great quality and wonderful service. When it came to purchasing our weddings rings, we did not even consider going anywhere else after the great experience and quality that I received with the engagement ring. I believe that we are set for a little while in regards to jewelry but we are both Whiteflash fans and look forward to dealing with you again for future occasions. Thank you for everything

More then I could have imagined!
The ring is absolutely stunning. I know Whiteflash does great work, but you guys always somehow manage to exceed my expectations. From Kristi: "It was more than I could have imagined! I am absolutely in love with it (and the man who gave it to me)!"

Whiteflash is truly "A CUT ABOVE"!
Before I tell my story, I would like personally put Traci on the spot, and thank her a million times over!! Without her, I would have never ended up with the diamond I have today.
It all started out a few months ago, when I was slowly starting to search for diamonds to set in an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I started off with a budget in mind & searched literally dozens of sites. Site after site I kept thinking “this is the stone!” Yet I’d somehow find a problem with the diamond. Then after weeks of searching, I starting researching diamond forums and asking questions. I was getting more knowledge each day, and continued my search! With each search, came and went stones! I just couldn’t find the right diamond in my price range. I even had numerous diamond vendors helping me at one time. While they were all meeting my budget…..they just weren’t presenting me with “THE ONE!” Honestly I think I had so many diamond vendors emailing me, that I originally ignored an email from Traci @ Whiteflash. After 3 or 4 months of searching, I came back to Whiteflash with questions about a couple stones I was interested in. It just so happens, that Traci was the person who ended up contacting me again (And I’m so glad she did!) After numerous emails back and forth, she was very honest with me about the stones I chose. She gave me her honest opinions and explanations on why to choose (or not choose) certain diamonds! She really listened to what I was looking for in a stone. I gave her all of my specifics and budget….then her search quickly began! She did not waste any time and recommended a couple of choices that caught her eye….great stones, yet it still wasn’t “the one!” At this moment she emailed me a sizing question and searched again! She dug deeper & emailed back a specific stone that was actually in her inventory….and of all things….a 1.714ct ”A Cut Above Hearts and Arrows” diamond. IT WAS AMAZING!!! At first glance I thought….”I’ve never searched the ACA diamonds because I really never thought I could meet all my specs and budget.” Right away I emailed her back and told her this finally “THE ONE!” After that, Traci and I arranged a phone call to discuss everything and answer any questions I had. It was like talking to a friend! She wasn’t there to “make a sale.” She was honest with me and was truly there to help. We talked for about 30minutes and she answered every single question I had. Traci accomplished more with me in 2-3 days that anyone has in 2-3 months! She went above and beyond to find the perfect stone. What really separated Traci miles from the competition, was that it didn’t matter what time of day or night it was! Her work day didn’t stop at 5. Her customers were priority! Whiteflash as a company (and of course Traci) helped me through the whole process thereafter. The company is extremely professional and the customer service was above and beyond. It may sound cliché but they truly are “A Cut Above!” Thanks again Whiteflash, and a very special thank you to you Traci!
