A great experience!

I'll tell you, this whole process has been a lot of work - picking the perfect stone, then the setting, then planning the proposal, a trip to NYC, the shipping, the insurance, etc. I know I have been picky at times (I like to call it thorough - HA!), but everyone I have dealt with at Whiteflash has been so amazing!! I''m not sure who owns and runs Whiteflash, but he or she should be commended. They have hired the best and it shows in every way. Everyone has been so accomodating, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Being a business owner, I deal with companies all day long. And, unfortunately, these days so many companies overpromise and underdeliver. It is refreshing, and quite unique, to deal with a company that sells a great product, at a reasonable price, with superb customer service. Buying a diamond ring is a huge investment. At first, the perceived risk of buying one through the internet was just too high. I have been pleasantly surprised!! I will certainly be referring my friends over the coming years. It has been a great experience!
