I received it yesterday. The ring itself looks amazing but the diamond has a big bow tie that I didn?ˆ™t expect. There were no problems getting it across the border. As for the service, Whiteflash is a model for all organizations to follow. You certainly need to have excellent staff in order to deal with a purchase as emotional as an engagement ring. There was a point where it looked liked Whiteflash wouldn?ˆ™t be able to meet the deadline it committed to, but in the end that worked out ?ˆ“ and problems along the way can happen with anything, the key is handling properly, which Whiteflash did. I?ˆ™ve shown the ring to one person so far and she absolutely loved it.
