Amazing Job!

I don't know how your team did it but you guys did an amazing job! My fiancé is a true perfectionist, I know dealing with him requires a lot of patience and efforts to keep him satisfy but your team did it. We are both extremely happy about your professional customer service and of course, the rings! There are no words to describe how beautiful they are and every time I look at them they are on FIRE! We got engaged last weekend in Las Vegas inside the Eiffel Tower Restaurant, it was very romantic and the engagement ring just sparkles throughout the night. I can't wait to wear both rings together! The rings are GORGEOUS!!!

My first impression… beautiful and elegant packaging and when I got to the little wooden boxes (finally) WOW!!! That’s what’s blurted out of my mouth. The rings are GORGEOUS!!! The design is exactly what I want, but diamond looks bigger than I’d imagined. My husband was there when I opened the box, his first comment was “they’re very bright and white. I like them”. I also sent couple of pictures to my daughter and her response was “it’s very pretty and massive”. I got the rings and here are couple of pictures. They look gorgeous, and I love it. I think we’ve achieved the wow factor, right Becca? Thanks for helping me find the custom cut diamond, with the best light performance, and the perfect settings. It’s been a pleasant experience. Please also let Evan know I appreciate his patience working with me to get it right.

I picked up my ring today and LOVE it!

I wish the pics could capture the brilliance of the diamonds but I’m sure you can imagine. The rings is just a tiny bit large. Not quite enough to resize it I think. That’s the only thing that worries me — the thought that I could lose it! Thanks so much for all your help to make my dream ring a reality!!!
