I can''t describe how amazing the stone is.

I received my diamond engagement ring the other day, and I can''t describe how amazing the stone is. WOW!!!! Everything arrived right on time, just as I ordered it, and in perfect condition. The diamond has the best cut and the most fire and brilliance of any stone I''ve seen. I can''t recommend the Expert Selections enough! The documentation of the stone on your website was very accurate, and I really liked knowing what I was buying beforehand. The Sarin measurements and Idealscope images gave me wonderful peace of mind for such a big purchase (especially one that I hadn''t seen in person). I was even more impressed after I saw the appraisal!! I really did my homework on this one, and I knew I was getting a great stone at a great price. But the diamond appraised for 66% more than the purchase price!!!! That was the icing on the cake. Whiteflash let me buy way more diamond than I could otherwise afford. I''ll keep you posted on the engagement, but it''ll be about two months before I propose. The hardest part is sitting on this wonderful ring until then! Thanks again for everything, and you have a customer for life.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash.
