Bob, just wanted to e-mail you and tell you we're really happy with the ring so far. You guys really did a great job, she actually likes it better than the original tension ring we sent you. No allergy symptoms yet, so hopefully we are out of danger with regards to that--we will see. The ring looks and fits great, we're very surprised by how purple the sapphire sidestones on the engagement ring look--they barely look like the same stones. I think there is a lot more light coming through them than on the previous ring. The wedding ring looks and fits great with the engagement ring as well, despite the Gelin Abaci jeweler telling me it couldn't be done. The color difference between the sapphires on the engagement ring and wedding ring is a little jarring but you were fully upfront that you didn't think you would be able to match them perfectly so no worries there. It still looks good. Anyway, I just wanted to thank you and any of the behind the scenes jewelers who worked on my ring, I didn't think it would be possible to keep the style of the tension ring I previously had and I was not looking forward to the possibility of designing a new ring at all. But your team succeeded beyond my expectations. Thank you! We'll definitely be talking to you in the future for any serious jewelry needs. Perhaps my own wedding band? I can't even think about that right now... in due time, I suppose. Now I just have to wait a few more nervous days until I know for sure that my fiance won't break out from the ring.
