Fantastic Experience!

Every other review I have read on iVouch for Whiteflash basically sums up my experience with them. Just utterly fantastic. From the very first call I received from Traci till the very end, it was nothing but a pleasurable experience. All of my expectations were met, actually they were well exceeded. I can''t praise Traci and the rest of the team enough. Prices were very competitive but its the service that sets them apart from others. I had been looking for a ring for my now fianc?© for about 1-2 months and was a bit tuckered out with the process, but Traci came to the rescue. I would say that my buying experience was rather quick and painless, at first I had one setting in mind but Traci was able to guide me towards that one that I ended up buying, and I am grateful for that as my fiance was ecstatic with the ring and the design. During the process, they even sent me pictures of the ring before it was sent out, like actual pictures of the ring, this blew my mind away as it didn''t even cross my mind to ask or to expect pictures. I even had a special request for a different shot of the ring which the photographer so graciously was able to accommodate. Dealing with the different individuals who were involved in the shipping was quick and painless. They were able to quickly change the Fed-Ex receiving location and did so with such quickness and efficiency. I just remember that I emailed them around 7 pm and did not expect a response until the next day, but within 15 minutes an email response arrived. I am one of those people who thinks service is key, but getting the best value for my money overrides that. With Whiteflash, the price is as competitive as can be and the service is the icing on the cake! I want to personally thank Traci once again for helping guide me through this process, she is such a pleasure to work with and if any of my friends are ever in the market for a ring, I will absolutely be recommending Traci and Whiteflash!
