I stumbled upon Whiteflash in a very interesting fashion. After looking at a diamond from a local jeweler in Chicago and finding what I think was the perfect diamond I took to the internet to compare prices for similar stones (at the jewelers recommendation). I was searching through diamonds on Whiteflash's website and found something that was very similar but priced a lot better. I asked my local jeweler to send over the GIA report and talk to a representative at Whiteflash and asked for the GIA report of the diamond on their site. I was shocked to find out that the stone I was looking at locally was part of Whiteflash's virtual inventory and was priced about 20% less. My diamond rep. called me to discuss options and also helped me with backup plans in case they were unable to pull the diamond. After a game plan was set my rep took on the challenge of getting the stone sent to Houston. After a few days she called with great news and the diamond was available for me to purchase and of course I pulled the trigger right away. I'll be honest, the thought of working with someone in a remote location via the internet was a bit scary at first, probably less scary then if you are 5-10 years older than I am, but after working with my diamond consultant and her constant communication those worries were easily put to bed. I would 100% recommend Whiteflash to anyone looking for rings. The overall customer service was second to none and the pricing was unbelievable. I'm still in disbelief of the difference of customer service from a company 2 blocks away from me compared to Whiteflash, 1,500 miles south. Thank you again for all of the wonderful help!
