I loved the fact that the online agents were extremely patient and helpful in answering my question. They provided excellent service; the only one thing I didn't like so much was that I had to ask probing questions about the kind of ring I should get. They didn't volunteer any information so I had to pick a diamond on my own and then ask questions regarding it. If you could improve the experience of selecting jewelry a little bit, I would definitely give you an absolute A+. That being said, I think you guys offer an amazing personalized service at an affordable rate. I absolutely loved the fact that your representatives followed up with me multiple times to ensure that I am constantly kept in the loop.
