Whiteflash, you guys ROCK.

I was in the market for a loose diamond and knew from the get go I wanted a rock that had scintillation, with fiery brilliance. All the research on the internet led to me focusing on Cut, specifically Hearts and Arrows. These Super Ideal diamonds had top optical symmetry resulting in reflecting more light back (minimal light leakage). I was initially looking for a loose diamond from BlueNile, but their site didn't provide enough information for me to choose a diamond that would perform. The BlueNile representative even said that if a diamond has Triple Excellence in Cut, Symmetry and Polish, it's considered Hearts and Arrows which is far from the truth. Then I came across Whiteflash which offer actual pictures (Ideal-Scope, ASET and Hearts Viewer). These pictures provided enough information that I was confident I was picking a diamond that was a higher performer. The choice was made easier when I decided on picking Whiteflash top brand, "A Cut Above" diamond. The customer service was exceptional at Whiteflash. All my many questions were answered with patience. I never felt pressured to make the purchase. I was concerned if the diamond was Eye Clean, so my diamond consultant inspected the diamond herself and describe the inclusions. She ensured me that it was Eye Clean. She was right!! I also decided to get the setting custom made. I provided the pictures of the setting and the production manager came back with the CAD pictures. I was able to make some minor changes without any hassle. Actually, they were happy to make the changes as they wanted me to be fully satisfied because they knew this was an important purchase. Once I gave the approval, the ring was in production. I believe it was about 2-3 weeks before receiving the package. It was simply AMAZING!! The design of the setting exceeded my expectations and the diamond was BRILLIANT!! I was planning on proposing in about a month, but wanted my future fiancé to see it now. Don't worry, I held off. But I did sneak a peak at the ring everyday, lol. The bottom line, if you're looking to confidently buy a top of the line, high performing diamond, go with Whiteflash. Their staff is fully equipped to answer the many questions you'll have and make this buying experience easy and seamless. I would recommend to my family and friends.
