Just Our Wish

We''ve had the ring and ACA diamond for 10 days now and here is our reaction. It is awesome, extremely beautiful and my fiance got her wish, ''A diamond so shiny that it ''blinds'' people!!! *smiling* As you are aware, it is not the biggest diamond but I assure you, it is brighter than almost any diamond I''ve seen! As an example, I caught several women in a grocery store (great lighting there) staring at her ring from 30 feet away....that says it all! Also, truth be told, people''s reaction when I told them that I was buying a diamond ring off the internet was ""Are you nuts?!""...with big round astonished eyes was. It made me have a second thought for a second but life is about taking risks, sometimes failing but if you do your homework, I did, you will succeed wonderfully! The bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier. I'd recommend using Whiteflash and you'll be in good hands with Becca!

I love my beautiful pendant!

I had a wonderful experience ordering a lab diamond pendant from Whiteflash. It can be stressful ordering a piece of jewelry without seeing it in person first, but Liza was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I had the necklace customized with a slightly thicker chain, lobster claw clasp, and extender. The final piece was exactly what I wanted and much better quality than I found in local stores. I absolutely recommend Whiteflash!
