Simply the best!!
Firstly, I'd like to send a big thank-you to the whole Whiteflash team; and especially to Traci for an incredible experience on purchasing a set of diamond earrings.
I had purchased a set of white gold 'Martini' earrings, comprising of Whiteflash 'Expert Selection' AGS diamonds. After countless months/days/hours searching and researching for diamonds that met my stringent criteria, I had decided that the diamond would be purchased from Whiteflash for several reasons:
1. Whiteflash (Traci) took all the time necessary to meet my needs in searching for the diamonds I was after, and never felt pressured into buying a diamond, or felt like I was being sold a sub par diamond (I had some particular internet provider try sell me a sub par diamond as higher quality diamond after reviewing photos - Not the case with Whiteflash).
2. Being located in Australia, I felt secure in transacting with Whiteflash from all the GENUINE reviews friends and other diamond forums had mentioned about Whiteflash.
3. The wide range of diamonds available, especially at the high end of the quality spectrum at very reasonable prices.
4. Quick replies to emails, and despite being overseas, received phone calls from Traci to ask or answer further questions in order not to get lost in translation over email. This was a huge surprise that a vendor overseas would offer this type of assistance - FANTASTIC.
5. Settings and diamonds appeared as pictured - no gimmicks.
6. Postage - EXCELLENT. I've purchased a lot of items from the Internet, overseas and even locally and nobody has packaged the goods purchased better than what I received from Whiteflash (Multiple boxes in boxes ensuring easy identification if the box was tampered with during transit, but most importantly, secure and solid packaging avoiding damage). Full real time express postage was also excellent via FedEx.
7. Easy and secure navigation of the Whiteflash website, excellent categorization of diamond quality for those that aren't very knowledgeable in the field.
Honestly, I'm a VERY fussy and particular person, and would get rather annoyed if i was 'brushed off', felt like a 'time waster' or I was being sold sub par quality products. This is definitely NOT the case with Whiteflash. I cannot recommend you guys enough, the service alone is at a world beating standard in any retail or sales industry. Not to mention the staff know their diamonds VERY well.
Thank you for all your help and time - I know I was probably a royal pain at times :D but I never felt like I was getting the cold shoulder. Thanks again, people, buy with absolute confidence from people who take pride and passion in their work. I will be back to purchase more in the very near future.

WhiteFlash is the ideal diamond purchasing experience!
I started my diamond buying experience like any normal guy - I went to the name brand jewelry stores and examined different rings/settings/bands/etc. to learn about the classic 4 C's. In these retail environments, I wasn't very impressed with the quality, value, selection, or customer service. I found WhiteFlash.com while learning more about diamonds online and was immediately impressed with the depth of the inventory.
Traci Arneson was my sales consultant to guide me through the process. Traci is an invaluable resource for newbie ring buyers – she can easily explain the differences between products, happily working around my schedule (taking my calls at 9pm EST and later), explaining the process, and taking special photos of both solitaries and settings for me when requested.
Traci offered a relaxed, no-pressure consultation and listened to what I wanted. When I was in between three solitaires, Traci had high resolution photos taken of all three diamonds by the next morning. These photos alone settled which diamond I purchased for the engagement ring. Traci also recommended a nice wedding set that nicely complemented the diamond.
Best of all, WhiteFlash delivered the ring earlier than expected, even during the holiday season!
Buying a ring can be a scary, expensive experience – however, WhiteFlash has made streamlined the process to provide value and feel confident about the purchase. People’s commentary on the engagement ring only proves it! Cheers to Traci!

Beyond perfect!
She said yes!! I proposed in Caserta, Italy. It is a huge garden palace that was perfect for the photo. Her and I are so happy with the ring choice, it was absolutely perfect and we can't thank you enough. Excellent service accross the board, I received no less than 30 emails in regards to my order of a Leon Mege engagement ring with matching band. In addition to outstanding customer service in a personalized but professional manner, the ring was beyond perfect for me and for my fiance. It's hard to stop looking at because it's so beautiful. I spent a lot of time researching diamonds and found that whiteflash is at the top of their game, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a special diamond(I recommend the "A cut above", it's worth it, I've had people ask me, "Is that a special diamond? How does it sparkle so much?"). Ask for Victoria if you are looking for more than your average customer experience.

Truly Excellent Customer Service!
Whiteflash truly delivers excellent customer service! I was researching engagement rings to buy, and online vendors seemed like a viable choice. There were a couple of online sites that I tried to contact and speak to, but Whiteflash seemed like the easiest to access and gave me the most information, including personal opinions on diamonds and ring settings. Replies were prompt, and they always kept me in the loop regarding the shipment of the ring.
The ring I received was more beautiful than I had expected! I do need to get the ring resized though (error on my part), but I don't see any hiccups sending it back for a quick tweak.
Barring any future mishaps, Whiteflash seems to be a very, very trustworthy place to buy a ring.
