Happy with Whiteflash for quality and service
When I was deciding where to buy my engagement ring, I did a lot of reading on the Pricescope web site. Doing this gave me a great education as to what to look for in a quality diamond but also, I noticed that there were many PS members that gave Whiteflash very high praise.
When I received my ring, it was packed in a Fed Ex envelope, within a Fed Ex box and within an even larger Fed Ex box. I like this kind of security that WF uses. When I first saw the ring, I thought it was so beautiful and the diamond shimmered even under very low light.
I proposed to my fiancée at a special winery that we love. I arranged for us to get private access to their wine caves and when we were left alone in the reserve wine room, I pulled out my poem and the special ring and proposed right there. When we did return back to the main room at the winery, the other customers were holding glasses of champagne and they toasted to our engagement! It was truly a wonderful day and everyone that has seen the E-ring has commented on how much the diamond sparkles.
I was a little hesitant at first about purchasing such a valuable and emotionally special item over the Internet. However, once I read all the information that WF provides and started dealing with their great staff, my mind was quickly put at ease. Both my fiancée and I are very happy and grateful to WF for providing quality jewelry and service!

Wonderful experience with Whiteflash!
I'm from Australia and so was a little hesitant about making such an expensive and important purchase from a company on the other side of the world. However, the first few emails exchanged with Whiteflash (and all the great feedback on the Pricescope forums) quickly put my mind at ease.
I worked closely my diamond consultant and nothing was too much trouble. All of my questions were answered quickly and I got to see photos of my chosen diamond and the ring before it shipped.
The ring was shipped from Houston on Wednesday and arrived in Sydney on Friday. Now that's fast! Everything was packaged really well inside two FedEx boxes and a satchel.
I was blown away by the ring. It's far far more lovely than anything I saw in local stores in the same price range. I can't wait to give it to my girlfriend and see her reaction.
Would I buy from Whiteflash again? Absolutely!

Best service ever, says a U.S. Marine!
The best service I have ever received. They gave me outstanding service. I bought a diamond from Whiteflash and was helped me through the whole thing. I am a United States Marine so I help others all the time but this time they took care of me like I was family. Now my wife is a happy women. Recommend to everyone who want good quality and outstanding service.

Fantastic service and prices - Top Notch
I've made two purchases from Whiteflash totaling about $20k. Their consultants are top notch and walked me through picking a perfect diamond. They provide Sarin reports and Idealscope pictures so you can see the good and the bad of any diamond you consider.
I also utilized their design service to make a custom setting for an emerald cut diamond. They provided drawings for my approval and the finished product was breathtaking.
Their service and prices are fantastic, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again

Whiteflash Diamonds by the Yard - Gorgeous!
Whiteflash created a gorgeous, semi-custom "Whiteflash By the Yard" necklace for me with larger than stock size stones. It is absolutely stunning and will definitely be one of my daily jewelry pieces. Actually ALL my daily jewelry is from Whiteflash! As always, my experience with them was amazing! They provide such great customer service. Their jewelry is high quality, and their 'A Cut Above' diamonds are just unbelievable!

Amazing ring - I was "blown away"
I was helped from start to finish. All my initial questions were answered promptly and I was offered a very fair price on both the diamond and the band. I even asked to modify the side diamonds on the side and had no problem doing so. Once they completed my ring, they took pictures to show the final product, which looked stunning. They completed the ring ahead of schedule too! The real treat was seeing it in person. Once it arrived I was blown away by how amazing the ring looked. No detail was forgotten, the diamond was stunning, and the diamond and band was beautifully polished. The whole Whiteflash staff made the experience very enjoyable.

I would like to congratulate Whiteflash on 12 years.
